The night manager is the most rude person I have ever met in my life. He had a problem with a friend of mine so decided to trespass me for no reason.i didn't even say a word to him about anything. Plus I found out that they are ripping off the Washington state lottery.

2 employees working together. As I am almost at the door, one is walking fast towards the door and locks it as I’m reaching out my hand to open it. Then the other employee turns down the lights. Both are laughing and looking at me stand outside in a state of shock that the employee locked the door in my face. The sign on the door says they are open 24/7. 30 mins pass, nobody is cleaning inside. Im guessing that is their reason for locking the doors. I can see them sitting off to the side just talking and laughing. Meanwhile, approximately 15 cars have come and gone because they have locked the doors. Drivers needing gas and only have cash…they didn’t care. They continued to sit behind the counter in their small office and ignore the all of the customers, lost sales not because they were cleaning but rather abusing that reason and literally to just sit and do nothing. I was there for almost an hour. Parked right in front of their closed & locked doors, I sat in my car, still in shock over being raced to the door, I watched that store lose a lot of business during that time. I watched those employees ignore the two drivers who only had cash, for gas one of them begged them to open because she didn’t have enough gas to go anywhere else. They tuned out everyone who came up to the locked doors, they ignored the knocking, and the questions about when they would be open. The owner of that business will be limited in his sales as long as he keeps people like that running his or her store. I personally will never be back and highly suggest that others consider doing business at small businesses and places where their business is appreciated and as a customer they are respected. I hope the owner cleans house and fires the mgr that was working tonight for the mismanagement. That man was rude and arrogant. Not someone I would trust my business with. Fire the two that were working tonight. From what I saw, you’re paying them to sit around and have a social event amongst themselves meanwhile they are failing to do the job they are being paid to do and those employees are costing that owner money and causing that owner to lose money. I will never be back because of what happened tonight. Stay far away unless you want to meet a jacka$$ wearing a 711 shirt.

I input my rewards phone number but didn't receive the free big gulp with the $3 toquitos special which is good until 4/22. Unfriendly man clerk. The other men that previously worked there were nice and friendly. Phone number is always busy when calling for the 7-11 store owner.
