Actually called me to tell me my choice of color was not available But they would substitute another color or refund me if I didn't like the colors available. So I got a different color. Pretty simple and Thoughtful

Great place for last minute rental equipment for a Mount rainier hike! You can rent equipment and simply drop it in the shop after-hours.
