Good option if you're headed to Rainier! The rooms are nice and big, heat up well in the winter, the lobby has a cozy cabin feel and a fire going and the staff is really helpful. Coffee and hot drink options.

Excellent place, very well maintained, staff is cordial. Not sure if it's expected from a place located this remote, but could use improvements: Rooms could use a bit of updated, vending machines could be very helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is very charming and quaint. It is quiet and relaxing. My partner and I stayed here for a couple's getaway and it was perfect for that. The only issue we had was a light outside our room window kept flickering on and off throughout the night. We would definitely stay here again!

Great and friendly service, internet, big TV and overall a very cozy place to stay when spending time at Mt Rainier. It was walking distance from the Ukrainian Cuisine restaurant next door, which was nice, too. It wasn’t perfect as there were very minor issues with some fixtures in the rooms, but it honestly had no effect on our stay there at all, so I certainly recommend it.

Excellent location for easy access when visiting Mount Rainier National Park, about 45 min drive to Paradise. There were ample parking space for the guests. My room was very quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to stay for your visit to MRNP.

A remodeled old motel on the main road going into Mt. Rainier Nat. Park. Some good features, such as an effective A/C, small refrigerator and microwave, other features made this a negative experience for us. The first thing you see going into the lobby is a huge, sad moosehead hanging on the wall. Several other sad stuffed animals hang from the ceiling. The room was good size but had no rugs made the floor cold and hard. This was really a problem when the people upstairs started their day around 4 AM. You could hear their every footstep as they rapidly moved around the room. They moved furniture and used the microwave (both very loud). This went on for an hour and then continued off and on for the next few hours. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have no other options.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars, but we both ended up getting hot in the middle of the night. We had the AC set to 68 the first night, then to 67. FSN was running the entire time, it just couldn't get the room cold for us. Windows didn't look like they opened. Other than that. it was a great place to stay at and a nice distance away from MRNP

Nestled close to the park entrance, Nisqually Lodge is a peaceful getaway, thanks to its quiet location.A helpful tip for guests would be to ask for ground floor rooms. These are not only more accessible but also save you the trouble of maneuvering your suitcases up flights of stairs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Ours was spacious, well-kept, and furnished in a way that was pleasant for usStepping into the lodge, you're welcomed by a cozy lobby area, complete with amenities like a FREE wifi, coffee station, a computer, and a refrigerator.Hosts were cordial and had friendly demeanor, making us welcome.Located in the small town of Ashford, Nisqually Lodge is surrounded by a handful of restaurants, all within a short five-minute drive.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The hotel will erroneously charge you for items they claim were taken from the room. If you choose to stay here, recommend you have the hotel staff inventory the room items before you occupy and before you check out. The hotel is in a phenomenal place near Mt. Rainier, but the hotel staff is clearly shady and will steal money from you.
