“Super dreamy spot right outside Mt. Rainier National Park! We stayed in the Turiya cabin which meant we had private access to the hot tub/sauna 8pm - 10:30am. Everything was really nice, we'll definitely be back.”

I’m leaving this review because the place truly cares about its reputation. Even when one of the employees didn’t handle things well, management stepped in right away and made sure we left completely satisfied. Overall, it’s a fun place with a great vibe.”

“We stayed with our 2 young daughters and had a great overall experience. The room was far more updated than the pics in the reservation sites, which was good thing. Keep in mind the place was built in 1912, but we had no issues.
The beds we had were memory foam, a first for us. The pond and grounds are beautiful. Keep in mind the road that gets you there quickly from Packwood, is closed 1/2 the year, thus made it an extra 2 hr drive from our location in eastern Wa.
The breakfast is pre packaged and you must order via their website. This is because the town is so small and especially in winter, so restaurants are seasonally closed. Consider bringing your own food.
We plan on making this a yearly or more stay for our family, we loved it and I love how remote it is in the winter! Finally, the customer service was above and beyond. The room was very clean, hot water was hot.”
“It's so beautiful and well-maintained. It's so clean and well-painted that it doesn't feel like a place over 100 years old. I highly recommend it. It's not a paradise for no reason.
Annex 218 had a bathtub and a shower. I also went around the lobby of the main building comfortably.”

“Awesome experience staying there. The staff was extremely friendly and provided the best service I've ever received at any hotel. Rooms were just fine and the location was perfect for a good hike up Rainer the day we arrived. There's really not enough good things to say about this hotel that could do it justice. They even gave us dry wood to have a fire.”
