Ashford Valley Grocery is a small gas station and convenience store, the only grocery found in Ashford town. It has a traditional Taiwanese grocery store decoration. The store carries a good variety of products, snacks, drinks, and most things you might be looking for, similar to what a 7-Eleven might carry but without hot instant snacks or cooked food. There are very few fruits, vegetables, and fresh meats available. The store accepts credit cards and also sells souvenirs. The employees provide nice and warm hospitality and are friendly. The bathrooms, however, are not super clean. A notable point is that there are no prices displayed on items; you must ask for a scan to check. The prices are steep and high, often $3 to $5 more per item than normal, so it is best to stock up on fresh food and groceries at a bigger supermarket before arriving. The nearest full grocery store is at least a half hour away in Eatonville.
We got snow chains from here but they were not of good quality at all

Good variety of products, nice and warm hospitality. If u have more than a $50 dollar purchase, better drive 12 minutes to eatonville

Not a SINGLE price anywhere in the store. You have to ask them to scan anything you want to know. The prices are high but not insane- a large frozen pizza is $11, a pack of hoho’s $3 and frozen poppers $8…. So probably expect to pay $3-$5 more per item than you normally would.
