I never received my package.. it was supposedly left in the garage??? and that's a lie, I have cameras watching you... you never left my package at my home, you delivered it to another address... anyway, they never lose, they always win!!! 0 Stars for you.

The older man working is a Di**. He wouldn't listen to me when I told him my package confirmation had a hold at post office out of their building and instead sent me somewhere else. We sent the next hour and a half calling and driving to other post offices just to go back to the original spot where THEY HAD MY PACKAGE!! Why is he so lazy and why does he refuse to look when both email and tracking say its at his office??

Really difficult experience trying to get my PO Box set up. Their online website glitched out and then when I tried to get assistance at the post office, they had no idea what they were doing and I had to figure it all out myself. Once I figured it out I was told that their lobby hours were open late and accessible, even when their business was closed, I have found out this is incorrect. Every single time I’ve tried checking my mail after business hours the lobby has been closed and so with that being said even their website is lying. It’s unfortunate having a job where your hours are the same hours as the post office box where your mail is being held. As soon as my year of service that I paid for is up, I am gladly switching to another service provider that can guarantee access when I need my mail instead of letting it stack up and overflow my mailbox without applicable access.

The man that served me at the counter was very rude, I had a medical monitor to send back to my doctor.He took the package from me and throw it away .Now I'm not even sure if my package will be delivered.There was no encounter, I was the first customer so it's not like someone pissed him off.

I send packages to military bases. usually i just fill out the customs slip and attach to any box to get the 2$ off, sometimes they tell me to use their flat rate box (never consistent, everyone seems to have their own rules, but their flat rate box is not required). Today they made me change the box to theirs and then they still refused to give me the military discount of 2 dollars so now i'm paying EXTRA fee for their damn box to send light weight items! The extra time, extra money and inconsistency is really ridiculous. So much for a DISCOUNT. They charged me extra.

Quick and easy service, I've never had a quicker trip. Theresa was helpful and extremely fast. I'm used to the Bellingham Post Office and you can wait in line there for over an hour with only six people in front of you. I didn't expect much better here and was disappointed when I walked in and there was about 5 people in front of me, however it took less than 10 minutes to get through and out the door. Thank you Theresa!

Okay so this place refused to send my mail. I don't think the idiot worker understands that this is not a private business. USPS is a government institution and is barred from turning any citizens with legal mail away.

We come here quite frequently to pick up packages because constant mailbox thefts have forced us to use a small box and our driveway is impossible for those tiny mail trucks. We absolutely love all the folks who work here! This is the first USPS office we've ever had where the people working there actually have a sense of humor. They are always friendly and helpful to us and the frequent trips we have to make here are always a pleasant and often hilarious experience!

worst post office service ever! I've been told by several employees why my mail or anyones mail isn't being delivered... I get we are in a new building but I've been waiting since June to get my mail! my last pick some lady says "why would you move in with no mail mail service " well lady I had no where else to go hence the move! wtf ... I find it odd post master said it's ready for service it was 2 1/2 weeks ago! Amazon, fedex and ups have been delivering packages sine two days after move in.

Every packages that I send out for my small business ends up broken and damaged. Despite being covered in bubble wrap and fagile stickers. I will be using ups from now on.

I would appreciate if the carrier to the villas and the landing at Arlington would stop stealing my bath and body works coupons! I see it in my informed delivery yet haven’t made it to my mailbox the last 3 sets!! Including my sister at the landing apts! ITS A FEDERAL CRIME

Absolute worst delivery people I have seen in Washington state. It's frustrating we don't get a say on who pur mail delivery people are, but then again these people would most likely not have ANY job otherwise.
