They often don’t bring packages and they will NOT attempt to deliver again. I was told they simply don’t bring packages and will leave the slips for pick up. Went in to get a box of my childhood memories during their listed hours as they left a slip again? They are “open” from 10-2 on Saturdays but pickup is only from 11-1. Pathetic post office, even worse hours. People will be nice to your face but if you can’t get my mail right? I don’t care if you’re Mary poppins. I could cry when I see my packages are going through usps. Sigh.

Delivery person refuses to deliver packages that don't fit in my mail box. Instead of delivering them to the door they just leave a redelivery notice so I have to go pick them up at the post office the next day. Extremely frustrating. I receive other people's mail pretty regularly as well.

Specifically the mail lady, does not deliver any packages on 252nd street. She refuses to drive it down the driveway. Then tried to say she’s not allowed to drive down a driveway. Which makes no sense because the man who delivers to our house has zero problems. It’s frustrating to pay money to have something delivered at a specific time, and now I have to wait all weekend due to the post office being closed because she didn’t want to bring it to the door or leave by mail box. So annoying. Then I scheduled again for a redelivery, for a different address down the street and it got accepted. But when I went to go get it. It wasn’t there. Just a note that was left at my mail box stating I’ll just have to wait till Monday to pick up my package. Ridiculous.

Well I've been round and round with this office. They will not deliver anything that won't fit in the box,so per there instructions I put a large box underneath the mailbox with instructions to put packages there and still will not deliver.

I went in to pick up a package that had medication that I needed that was there because it wouldn't fit in the mail box.I was told that it wasn't there and someone had to have already picked it up.Nine days later after being without my asthma/COPD medication and a trip to the ER I got a final notice for the package I had tried to pick up. I'd like to know exactly where it was and why I was lied to.This post office refuses to deliver packages even when you leave delivery instructions telling them to put the package inside the front gate. Instead they put a note in your box saying the mailbox is full. Then when you ask for a re-delivery they don’t even bother to deliver the package and you have to pick them up. I'm disabled and not able to drive so it's difficult to get the 6 or 7 miles into town to get the package with my medication I need for my asthma/COPD. They are paid to do a job and they obviously aren't doing it.

An employee at this post office has intentionally rejected a valid mail ballot for a federal election. The USPS employee is attempting to illegally deny the vote of an American citizen. This should be investigated and rectified.

They are refusing to deliver my mail. I can’t figure out why. I tried calling them for help, but the number doesn’t work. Very frustrating and unprofessional post office. I do not recommend.

Had a horrible experience at this post office. I was expecting, having been at previous post offices, her to recommend an envelope. Instead I saw her recommend the brown envelope to the man in front of me so I grabbed the same. When I got to front the line she wouldn’t let me address it. She told me to scoot over for the next customer so I did. Then she said “further down, the center aisle, so no one is BREATHING DOWN YOUR NECK.” I walked out. Horribly rude. After waiting a long time while one woman only took pick-up slips and was generally miserable in the lovely environment of the post office.

Absolutely worst delivery people I have seen in Washington state. It's frustrating we don't get a say on who pur mail delivery people are, but then again these people would most likely not have ANY job otherwise.

Two times now my packages have been deemed "delivered" when they indeed have not been.The first time that I filed for my missing package I received a call from someone at this location telling me that my package was delivered to the wrong home as the business I purchased the package from "placed the wrong address" on the package.. I was told my package was gone..The next day my package *magically* ended up in my mailbox and guess what? It had the correct address on it.The very same thing is occurring once again.Terrible customer service as they will bold face lie to you, intentionally mark your package as "delivered" when it's quite obvious that they did not deliver it. It's bizarre. I've never had good experiences with this post office and I know many others who feel the same. I would rather pay a private company for their delivery services than use USPS but unfortunately I do not get to make that choice.

Very frustrated with this post office and/or the carrier that delivers to our office. Last year they 'lost' a bunch of mail, including checks that 'miraculously' appeared months later. Now it seems it's starting to happen again. I'm not sure if they're delivering to the wrong CBU unit, or what the problem is, but it's literally costing our business money.

For last two years receiving mail is almost like winning lottery.I have multiple issues with package/mail missing, delivered to wrong address (same number but different street name), misplaced package, scan day before and deliver later etc. We lost multiple items, some delivered to wrong address and animals inside died because delivery person can`t read. Some of packages were left 60ft from mail box behind small fence, and get destroyed by rain before found it.House is located additional 180 feet past the fence/gate, and have no idea why delivery person left over there.One of missing packages delivered to wrong address other time was partially recovered after few weeks from misplaced address. Unfortunately physical damage is no return, no use either.I have spoken to post master multiple times, but I guess is like talking to the wall. Angela Suttie promised to take care of issues few times, but never happened.Since I came to US this is the worst post office I have had ever deal with, and I lived in many places.
