“Super helpful! I went in to rent a uhaul trailer and although they did not have one available on their lot, the staff was very nice and pleasant to work with. They reserved one for me in the database and let me know if one came available, I'd get a phone call. I know this sounds par for the course, but some people have no concept of customer service these days. That is definitely NOT the case here. Thanks for the assist!
