They repaired my broken glass on my A52 yesterday. It was covered by insurance.
I also asked them to see if they could fix my charger port because it would barely charge.
They fixed it and the charger works perfectly. The manager explained to me what they did to repair the phone which I appreciated a lot. The phone looks amazing and I recieved great customer service here.

I purposely chose to drive an hour & half to uBreakiFix in Smokey Point/Arlington because I had heard nothing but great things about Collin & Andrew.
They Did Not Disappoint!
I will never going anywhere else. They're not only experts at what they do, but just the nicest nicest guys ever and very honest.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Sebastian was very personable and courteous. He let me know exactly what steps would need to be taken as far as fixing my phone and was really efficient with bringing up my insurance account and letting me know how long it would take to fix it. I came into the shop at the approximate time Sebastian had told me it would take to repair my phone and sure enough my phone was fixed and ready to go. I couldn't have asked for better customer service or quality of work.

Communication from my initial online appointment through repair and even after completion of the repair was very satisfactory. Glenn and team were honest and transparent about the timeframe and the costs associated with the repair, as well as potential risks that repair could include. I would recommend the Smokey Point location to everyone.
