Very bad experience here every time I go in. Always a long line and slow people. Why is the self-service always broken?
Update, I've been going to the Stanwood ups for the last 3 months and they're better. I tried this place again today and it was exactly like last time. Self-service wasn't working again, she said they were having internet problems.

Staff are not very helpful when it comes to Amazon returns. This is the second time I’ve run into this issue with this store in as many times. They make a simple transaction, like an Amazon return, difficult and find a way to make you spend $$. Their tone of voice and body language during the process are unfriendly too. Not going there again. Other UPS stores have a much better attitude and are way more helpful, even if I’m just doing an Amazon return and not purchasing anything.

Be advised you folks who drop off prelabeled packages! Management at this "UPS STORE" will not guide you with ANY UPS help if you didn't buy the label from this particular UPS store. Seems odd. They advertise and carry the UPS brand but only help their particular individual franchise customers? Don't see any other large retail brands getting away with that. I will no longer use these guys for sure.
Imagine that! What if Walmart told you "didn't buy it at my particular Walmart store so, SORRRRY". How does that go over?
