Surprisingly the owner is who I had major issues with. I went to sugar pine 3 times and none of those haircuts were anything I was happy with. The first was mediocre and I went somewhere else for my next haircut, tried sugar pine again just because their reviews are so great and I thought maybe I jumped the gun. The second haircut had to be fixed and my most recent one is the worse cut yet and I was so unhappy I asked for a refund because I'm getting my hair recut entirely somewhere else. After sending the owner pictures of my hair to show how bad the cut was, the owner then told me I was stretching the truth and offered the same person to recut my hair and to essentially pound sand. They advertise that they strive for every customer to be satisfied with their hair and when you're paying $105.00 a cut before tip that's what you should get, but when the customer doesn't get good service the owner blames the customer and won't take any accountability and won't make a real attempt to rectify the situation.

Carter is so kind and down to earth. She is very flexible with scheduling and always maintains my hair integrity even though I go from natural brown to light blonde! She truly listens and wants you to feel good about your hair,would definitely recommend!

I had Tiana cut my hair and it was the best haircut I’ve ever had! She’s so skilled at what she does! Jewel did my brows and she’s so sweet and amazing at what she does! Highly recommend this place, everyone’s so sweet and very good at what they do!

Highly recommend Kelsey Wist at Sugar and Pine. The salon itself is beautiful and Kelsey is truly amazing! The best stylist I have ever had. I have been seeing her going on 8 years now and I plan to be a life long client. I always look forward to my appointments with her. Not only does Kelsey listen to what I want she also ensures that the health of my hair is never compromised. I always leave her chair absolutely loving my hair and feeling so beautiful.

I got my eyebrows and lashes tinted from the owner. She was more interested in talking to her staff then doing her job. She had done my eyebrows in the past and did a way better job.

I have followed Carter for year as a colorist. She has always done a great job and given me suggestions when I needed a new or different product for my hair. She’s the best!!

I’ve followed Carter from her two previous salons and currently drive over three hours from Central Washington to get my hair refreshed every 12 weeks. She can do blonde like nobody’s business. She’s flexible, creative and understanding of the needs of all her different clients.

Our family absolutely loves sugar pine!
I have had my eyebrows waxed by Jen the last 5+ years and she's the only person I will ever let touch my brows!
My husband gets his hair and beard cut by Tianna and this is the first time he's ever actually liked his hair cut, ever. He's extremely picky, and she does an amazing job cutting it the exact way he likes it. We also just had her cut our 3 year olds hair for the first time, and she was so sweet and helped our daughter not be nervous at all for her first time! I personally have had Rachel cut my hair the last 5+ years and she does an amazing job cutting my extremely thick hair and always helping it be way easier to manage. We absolutely love this salon and highly recommend it!

Tianna is literally a hair goddess!
She listened to my crazy ideas and jumped on board to make my long Mohawk dreams come true. Then shifted to a full head even if it meant attaching the extensions to an inch of hair. Highly recommend for any hair transformations!
