I love this thrift store 5 minutes from where I live. It's a great place to get clothes. I do give clothes that don't fit me or I cannot wear because I am allergic to material or something but I do love shopping here seeing what's new and everything I enjoy this place. Very happy customer!

While my mother who is a senior citizen and I were in the store shopping on senior citizens day she had to use the restroom and was told no public restrooms. I'm sorry but to me that means you must be a customer which we clearly were with our cart full of stuff. My mom as a senior citizen has a bladder that doesn't hold for very long. So she had to go outside and wait for me in the car while i tried to hurry and pay. Then i was forced to speed home so she could use the bathroom. It is getting ridiculous these days with the restrooms everywhere being locked. I understand the need to not let everyone use the bathroom but if you cant say that it is only available for paying customers then it should be at the discretion of the person in charge and then maybe just maybeon senior day, leave the bathrooms open for paying customers. Because other than the bathroom issue the prices and items are all great and the people are great. My moms been going to this store forever and used to be able to use the restroom no problem.

The love and acceptance for my kids when we go here is just over the top! Some stores around town I regret even walking in the door, but we are welcome here and it is felt from the heart every time!

A LONG SHOT TURNS INTO DIRECT HIT! Went there yesterday to browse around for awhile as I quite often do. Remembering I needed a special size washer to fix my cat scratch post at home, I asked Assistant Manager Erica if she had seen anything in the store that could possibly work. She went into the back and brought out a "box" of all sorts of washers/screws/bolts, etc. BINGO! She had exactly what I needed! She explained that if someone asks for something specific, it's important to her to try and have it. Well, I'll tell you what.....it was surely appreciated by me for sure! Saved me a special trip to the hardware store! Thank you Erica and the Stilly Thrift Shop! Signed: A very happy customer!

Poor customer service. Went in looking for children's items. As I'm browsing, the cashier with short grey hair is talking to another customer about how they don't like when young people come into the store. The customer didn't agree, they uncomfortably nodded their head while paying. Meanwhile, the cashier made another comment about people in their 20s not wanting to work, not collecting their coins and being lazy. Customer leaves, the same cashier sits down behind the counter, gets on their phone. There were at least 12 other customers in the store. Absolutely disgusting this cashier felt it was okay to speak about young customers poorly to another customer, completely unprompted. I won't be back.

One of my favorite thrifting grounds. For me, I feel good that I'm supporting my local, small business. The staff is 100% volunteer (most are retired) and the store is always clean and well organized - making the experience exciting and positive and easy to search the space which is chuck full of treasures.Check it out and discover your next find!
