Got my oil changed somewhere else 3 months after precision auto works changed my oil and found that precision auto works had cut the splash plate/mud guard under the car with a knife to access the oil drain plug. The oil filter and drain plug they installed were not tight either, according to my new oil change tech. It was also very questionable as to whether they even changed the oil. I drive a 4 year old car and the oil was pretty dark for 3,000 miles. $100 oil change scam
I would stay away from this business. No integrity and not professional.

Great Great very nice they listen to u, the passenger side of my car was dead couldnt use the windows the hearter didnt headlight etc... but they figured it out & didnt charge an arm & leg very good prices this is where my car will go if/when needed. Thank u so much

These guys are awesome. The transmission of our 1981 Chevy motorhome failed and Levi, Adrian and the rest of the team did their absolute best to help us out.
We could even stay on their property for the time being. We are more than grateful!!

Best experience at a shop! I called early Saturday morning as I had just bought a new car and noticed a coolant smell. The shop owner Adrian got me in right away and looked over my entire vehicle. Super honest and caring here. Fully trust in this shop to fulfill any of my mechanical needs. Highly recommend. Thank you Adrian.

Went in to get my breaks check. Very friendly staff and accommodating. If I need any help with my vehicle, I plan on coming back.

My car was making a noise and went to get a diagnostic. They identified the problem. My car got to the point of me not feeling comfortable to drive it, I called to see if I can tow it to them and they were accommodating. They said if would be a few days to get to it. They replaced the AC compressor clutch for me. They were prompt, curious, and priced fair.

My engine light came on and I drove to Precision Auto Works so they can diagnose and fix the problem. I'm glad I did because it's a great shop with good reviews. A major work was needed to be done on my Jeep Wrangler Sahara and Adrian, the owner was completely up front with repair estimates. They were able to accurately diagnose the problem and fix it in a timely manner.
Adrian and his crew were very friendly and attentive throughout the repair time to ensure the work got done and done right.
They took care of it, and I felt the price for repair I paid was fair. They're very helpful, knowledgeable and affordable as well.
Definitely come here to have anything done on your vehicle! They're that neighborhood auto mechanics that you can trust.

I usually give 5 stars but in this case there was a lack of communication from this shop because I didn't receive an estimate or any type of diagnostic report even though I was charged for a diagnostic test. On the good side they were quick at fixing my vehicle which is a good thing but the lady in the front desk basically told me "we're slammed and we just fit you in" and I work in customer service and I have for over 35 years and I find that unacceptable to speak to a customer like that. Next time I'll have my car towed to Foothills and skip the stress.

I was calling around for quotes and they gave me the best quote possible! My car died and I got it tested at a oreilys auto center and they told me I needed to replace something. I scheduled an appointment with precision auto and they checked everything and my car was completely fine! Maybe another shop would have done the service to make the money but they were honest and upfront and I recommend them to everyone I know! Highly appreciated! This was months ago and they were correct! That issue never came back, it was a false reading from oreilys!

I was on a 4600 mile road trip and my SUV blew white smoke upon start up one morning. I figured my head gasket was toast and was looking at several thousand in repairs. I found Precision Auto near where I was and they were Heaven sent.
The guy at the desk was friendly and factual. He got my vehicle in for diagnosis immediately.
The mechanic spent 3 hours trying to figure out what happened and eventually said everything was fine with my vehicle. He was able to explain every sound it made and why. He told me what was going to need attention in the future and the severity of each thing. He was so knowledgeable at his job. I feel he was better than the last 10 mechanics I've had.
The lady at the end was gracious and understanding, and sent me on my way to continue my road trip!
This place easily could have taken me for thousands and my trip would have essentially ended. Instead, they were kind, HONEST, and understanding. I wish I had them in Colorado. If your vehicle needs work, I highly recommend Precision Auto.

They were able to get right on the car and tighten some loose bolts that I couldn't reach. Unfortunately now the problem from the Kendall Ford broke is now in need of repairs

Precision Auto Works was fantastic to work with. I came to them with a unique situation in need to ship a transmission to their shop so I could transport to Canada. The transmission arrived a few days earlier than originally scheduled and despite the inconvenience, they worked with me and were able to hold the transmission until I could arrive. A really huge help from Precision. Great communication and people skills. Thank you again!
