“First off, our postal worker has been great and our issues resolved with postal office. We live in a rural area with mailboxes on highway. We noticed issues when our regular route driver was out and nearing end of year holidays. Seems that temporary drivers or fill ins who don't know our route were leaving boxes on the highway next to mailboxes. Several calls to post office, postmaster general and talking with our normal delivery person ensued, and the issue was resolved. Be persistent, keep communication going even if you have to go into postal branch. If you are able, catch your delivery person and talk with them. Yelling & cursing gets you nowhere, I understand the frustration as we have 2 people with disabilities who can't get out.”

“Small, old school, neighborhood type post office. Can take one person at a time at the till. Nothing extravagant besides the fact that it is a post office and they do what they do.”
“The manager was so helpful to get me a quote for international shipping. She gave me a lot of info about international shipping. I ended up not sending my package because it cost so much money. I recommend that you guys send or drop off your package here. Fast and efficient service.”

“Quick and easy service, I've never had a quicker trip. Theresa was helpful and extremely fast. I'm used to the Bellingham Post Office and you can wait in line there for over an hour with only six people in front of you. I didn't expect much better here and was disappointed when I walked in and there was about 5 people in front of me, however it took less than 10 minutes to get through and out the door. Thank you Theresa!”
