I had the pleasure of coming in on Wednesday 3-28-2024 and was greeted by Alyssa, her customer service was fantastic. You could tell most of the people working were new and she made sure to get orders out correctly while still taking the time to explain things to the employees.

Good pizza however in the last year the amount of toppings have been decreased.Often run out of side early in the day on Fridays and Saturdays so order early.

We get half-and-half all meat and chicken bacon artichoke on thin crust and it's very good.I gave one star for atmosphere because well, you know the atmosphere is not that great, but you don't spend much time in there.

Great pizza, hard working employees, how ever they get behind and refuse to answer phone, no phone orders no need to make pizza, walked into store , in lobby called to make sure it was still the right number, could hear the phone ring and no one answered the phone, the owner needs to fix this. End of rant. Asked for the owner name and number no one would give it to me.

January 19, 2024: Friday, Smokey point store near Lowes in Marysville. I have been to this Papa Murphy location several times and have never had an issue with my pizza. Today was not a good pizza. Started off not running out of thin crust. No problem I will take regular crust. I go to bake it and no green onions. They decided to replace with red and white onion, yuk. Was not asked to replace. I assume they were out of green onions. If you don’t have an item, don’t change it without asking. Lastly the white sauce was sweet tasting and they put way too much on.Not a good experience.

I would really like to get in touch with the owner of this franchise. Your employees are lazy and rude. I called in for my order at 2:40pm. I showed up for my order at 3pm. There is not one customer in the store and your employees have not even gotten started on my order. I called ahead 20 minutes because I had somewhere to be at 330pm. Needless to say it's now 330pm and my order is finally finished and I'm in my car fuming writing this review. The manager working named Evy, gave me quite an attitude when I acknowledged their slack and proceeded to tell me they were prepping instead of helping a paying customer. Then a moment later another man came in with the same problem that I had. Get it together! I will not be returning to this establishment.(Edit for clarification: it took them 50 mins to make my order from the moment I called).

This is going to seem hard to believe so buckle up. We order 3 pizzas online an hour and 15 minutes before pickup . We arrive about ten minutes after our order was supposed to be ready. A young gal with blue hair and glasses named Kylie said they were extremely busy and that the pizzas haven't been started yet. She said they would start our pizzas right away . We said "ok we will go to Safeway and be back" no big deal. We did our shopping and came back about 45 minutes later . The pizzas were still not finished . Nothing rude was said . I'll admit we were disappointed but said nothing verbally. I sat down and Kylie looked over at me out of the blue and said "you're no more important than any of our other customers!" I said "I didn't think I was. Calmly I told her it would be really nice to have some communication and let people know when you're running behind ." She said back to me, " we don't have a way to communicate , what do you want me to call you every hour to check in with you?" I'm in shock at this point . I've never had an employee be so disrespectful to me at this point . I couldn't believe it . I said nothing . I was checking the order receipt because I messed up by not putting toppings on my pizza when I ordered online . I was trying to understand how the error happened and it was totally my error . I'll admit that and I was never rude about it . I was asking her to put the toppings on the side because I paid for a 2 topping "your choice" and forgot to add the toppings when I ordered online . She screamed at me "I already told you what happened!" When I asked about the error at first. I said "hold on, I'm trying to understand and you need to stop yelling at me " she said "well you've been a Bitch ever since you walked in ". Which I hadn't . I hadn't said anything negative to her. In fact, I was extremely patient and cooperative with what was going on at first. I just wanted my toppings . I told her " you can be frustrated with me , all you want but you don't get to talk to me like that. You have terrible customer service. I'm allowed to be frustrated that you guys didn't have my food ready but I didn't say a word to you about it and to add to it , shouldn't you be at least wearing hair nets or a hat while you are flailing your hair everywhere?" She stormed off into the back room. Chris... Christopher ...I'm not sure which he goes by but he tried extremely hard to calm her down . His customer service was great and he did his best to help me . Kylie is a HUGE problem in your establishment. I have NEVER in my life had such terrible customer service like this. I never thought I would experience something like this. You guys need to get her away from people . This was outrageous. Happened on 01/07/24 at about 5pm . I hope you guys have cameras and deal with this employee . She literally called me a bitch

We ordered three pizzas on line for pickup at the Smokey Point location on 12:30 pm on a Saturday. Upon arriving right at 12:30 I found the door locked and the lights out!?! No note on the door and no answer when attempting to phone the location. My wife, who placed the order, phoned the Arlington Papa Murphy’s and a gentleman named Jesse agreed to make the pizzas immediately and have them ready for pickup. The Arlington Papa Murphy’s deserves 5 stars. The Smokey Point Papa Murphy’s deserves zero!!!

They took 40+ mins to make a single pizza and got it wrong, there wasn't even that many people in there and yet I waited 40 mins an got the wrong pizza, and they gavee my change

The pizza and service are what you expect, the wait is about 15 minutes unless they're extremely packed. Lots of homeless drug addicts in the area so have caution in the parking
