They arrange your overdraft transactions to get as much as possible out of someone who is obviously struggling then you call to see if they can remove any of the 7 fees and was told no. For context I made 1 transaction that put me negative $50 but they arranged it to look like that one was before 7 small transactions.

I must say, the staff of Shelley, Emily, and Tiffany at NW+CU in Arlington Are just the best! I had a thing come up, and when I walked into the Arlington location to seek help, they were professional, positive, and so polite to hear my problem.While I was there at the branch, I had great interactions with all three of them. I never felt like a unhelpful solution was going to be the end result. In fact, I left with the original problem solved, and was able to get help logging into the mobile app. NW+CU exemplifies the ture meaning of a community banking experience.

Ariana is still the best, but I have never had a worse experience with another credit union, I have never used banks and have always been a credit union member, but this is by far the worst. I will take my business to becu, at least they have atms and I can even deposit cash into that account

I’ve been going to this location for years and have never had a problem until today. I get that it’s a Friday and that usually means they’re more busy. However I pulled up to the drive through window and no one acknowledged me for almost 10 minutes and there were no deposit slips I could fill out while I waited. When they did come to the window they took the person who was there after me first. I get that they might not have known but usually you ASK who was there first. And it sucks that the other person wasn’t considerate enough to mention they were there after me. When I said “excuse me I was here first and have a fussy baby in the back seat” the woman just said I could fill out a slip and wait. I was depositing a check. It’s super quick. I filled out my slip and waited. And waited. Baby became more fussy drove around parked and tried to console her went back to the window and again waited. Overall wasted 20 minutes of my day because people are dumb and didn’t end up depositing the check because my baby was not having it. Never going back.

It’s so frustrating not having any ATM machines available. Their app is constantly crashing, they don’t have access to apple wallet or many other places you can normally link accounts. Every other day it tells me my accounts locked and won’t unlock with my info so I have to call constantly. The tellers are really nice at every branch but that’s the only good thing

Just switched from a bank I’ve been with for almost 20 years to NwPlus CU and it was like night and day. The staff are courteous, very personable and helpful. They are never too busy to help with whatever issue I throw their way. Nothing is too big or little for them. I am now a happy member of NWPlus CU! Thanks to Megan, Arianna and Dawn!Vi Jackson

Love this branch. It is close to home and the staff is wonderful! I have my loans and checking account here and I've never had an issue. They even have youth accounts and all three of my kids have them.

I love being a member at NW Plus, they treat you like you are family! I am a snowbird and am away from Washington state for a few months out of the year but the Tellers there, greet you like you never left! They are so wonderful. Mayra the Branch Manager must be so proud of Cora and Dawn! I recommend NW Plus to all my friends and family.

Great people. I'm even remembered by name! The only thing that's not great is the parking situation, but I don't blame them since the area has hit-and-miss parking anyway.

The website says sat 9-1 sat but we went there and the doors were locked there were people inside just staring at us and they completely ignored us. We have been calling and leaving messages trying to make our truck payments for 3 days but never heard back. I'm not impressed
