5 stars so far. Install was quite simple (though I am in a construction trade, so that helps), and the mailbox feels formidable. My mail seems quite a bit safer behind lock and key, and I believe short of stealing the whole mailbox that my mail will be safe. Also, very happy to learn that Mail Boss is a VERY local company to me, and that I've just learned I've driven by their offices many times. I love supporting local businesses.

This is the best set of mail boxes and the greatest company to work with. I had some issues come up that were all my fault, but Dana with Mail Boss handled them with consideration, care, and follow up. I cant say enough about the custimer service and the high quality product from this company. Thank you for assisting me and making life easier even if for just a moment

We bought one of their mailboxes (Mail Boss 7506) 6 years ago off of Amazon and we are thrilled with the product! It has held up great over the years and we've had zero issues with it and feel confident that our mail is safe and secure (in a neighborhood that has high mail theft issues).They are a small, family owned & operated company, which I'm always happy to support.I recently lost one of the two keys that were provided and was nervous to search their site to see what a replacement would cost and was thrilled to see how reasonably priced they were! I am clear that kind of key cannot easily be duplicated at a local locksmith (as its proprietary and most locksmiths don't have access to the blanks) but given their low cost- I mean they are downright CHEAP (I'm talking $12 for my version, there are 4 types FYI ) and that included shipping!Not only was the price affordable, and the shipping included, but I received an email with a tracking number only a couple hours after submitting my order! Wow.Nowadays when companies are gouging customers left and right just because they can (especially with proprietary products)- it's so refreshing to see a company with great products at affordable prices and even great after sale support!Anyway, if you can't tell- I'm a consumer that likes to voice their opinion and I wish I was in the habit of sending these kinds of "what to go" communications about a company and their products rather than the "Where TF are you and how can I get support??" ones, lol.I highly recommend this company and their products! You can't go wrong with them in my not-so-humble opinion :-)

I rarely write reviews, unless the product or service is extremely bad or good. In this case it is the later and i did not even purchased it! We bought a property with a mailboss letter box on it and the owner had lost the key. My only option was to break in. I purchased two special drill bits for metal and started to drill the barrel of the lock on the back of the box. It took me 30 minutes to drill through the lock and the two bits, and even with the barrel gone i had to use an iron pipe and spent another ten minutes banging the inside of the lock. I am very impressed and just bough a new lock. Great product.Erick

Excellent product. Excellent service. Gabriel was very knowledgeable and helpful both pre and post purchase. I probably would have ordered the wrong box and post for our needs without his input. Installation was a breeze with his tips and it is both sturdy and attractive as well as secure. The only silly thing was the little tube of lock lubricant with the order arrived without the lid to reclose and he promptly sent one as another whole extra whole tube for free.

I’ve had my mailbox from Mail Boss for nearly 2 years and I love it. The last couple days though I’ve discovered how phenomenal their customer service is. I needed help in replacing my lock (no fault of the mailbox, just a girl that can’t keep track of keys!). They sent me VERY detailed and helpful instructions on how to replace it. When I ordered a new lock I accidentally put in the wrong address and within an hour THEY called ME because they caught it was incorrect and wanted to make sure my lock went to the right place! Really above and beyond.. great company!

I just placed an order for a MailBoss Manager mail box. Spoke with Dana who answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She is awesome, very courteous and helpful. I will update this review after the mailbox is installed.

So, so happy that we chose a Mail Boss mailbox after our street was targeted repeatedly for mail theft and our mailbox was the ONLY box on our street that vandals could NOT get into, despite their attempts to pry at it. It was when neighbors came to us inquiring why our box wasn’t vandalized and what kind of box did we have, that we even became aware of the situation. Turns out neighbors had bought “secure” mailboxes at local hardware stores, which we almost did ourselves, until we did a little research and decided to try a Mail Boss box instead. So glad we did—One of the best decisions we’ve ever made!We’ve had our box 7-1/2 yrs now and a recent call to their customer service regarding a key/lock issue, did not disappoint! They provided exceptional customer support/service! Thank you—for being a company that stands behind their product and supports their customers!

I cannot strongly enough endorse or praise Mail Boss for going miles above and beyond any customers expectations to "do the right thing". When it comes to Customer service Mail Boss is the operating model that all companies should strive to replicate.Before I get to the hey why does Alex make these claims I would like to speak to the overall quality of the Vault they humbly call a mailbox. This box is made from 12gu Steel, it is made extremally well, the attention to detail from the welds, to the stainless steel parts is amazing. Even the mail notification flag is designed to take a beating and keep on standing proudly. The moment it arrives you will know 100% when you pick it up from porch you bought a QUALITY product. I have not a doubt in the world that this mailbox will outlast me. :) If you want or need a mailbox that is built well, looks amazing, and secure like none I've seen before. Stop your looking and buy a MailBoss mailbox today!!For those wondering why I express such gratitude let me explain. I ordered one of their "scratch & dent" mail boxes which are deeply discounted from their website. I was completely aware there would be a few nicks and dings in my mailbox when it arrived and that was totally okay with me. The morning it arrived, upon opening the box which was pretty beat by FedEx during delivery. I noticed there was a very large dent in the front lip that prevented the mailbox door from opening. I reached out to Erika at Mail Boss and shared what had happened. First of all she was very concerned of the state of my package, and explained that ALL Scratch & Dent models are just that "minor esthetic defects", and all are 100% operational. She requested I send a few pictures via email so they could make a case to FedEx for the damage.I promptly emailed her a few pictures and within the hour I received a note back again apologizing for the ordeal and stated that currently they did not have any other S&D units on hand and informed they had already packaged and shipped a BRAND NEW mailbox as a replacement to my S&D model. + Covered the shipping out to me as well. I could not be happier and I will recommend Mail Boss to anyone I come across needing a secure Extremally well build MailVAULT. Thank you again Erika!!

Mailbox and post were perfect. I dropped the box when trying to bolt it to the post (get someone to help if you get one) and put a couple of scratches on it. I emailed the company and got a response in a couple of hours about which paint to use to touch up. Was very satisfied with the product and timely response to my question.

I love my Mail Manager mailbox from Mail Boss! I ordered an AS IS Scratch/Dent version from their Clearance page and honestly wasn't expecting much. However when I received it, it looked almost pristine. It was missing a little plastic liner, and Mail Boss sent me out a new liner even though they didn't have to. The box is incredibly well built and designed, and I've been recommending it to all my neighbors.

Dana is the bomb, she will hook you up when you call for questions, ordering, etc. I got 4 mailboxes and set them up side-by-side for a small aparement building. So graeful. No one will be stealing our mail anymore. Ha, take that you robbers! Mailboss has arrived! ?
