The courtesy and effort shown went above and beyond. Being able to get the accommodations needed with a sick child in the car was nothing short of AMAZING! Truly an H and R blessing today! :)

I have never used a tax prep company before as I always do it on turbo tax on my own. I will never go through the Arlington location again. The attitude in that office is terrible. Very snarky and condescending. I would stay away.

My tax specialist Jennifer moved offices but I was able to set up an appointment with her anyway at her new office. Jennifer is one of the best I've worked at in years and will highly recommend her to others
