I cannot say enough about this veterinarian and staff! They were able to get us in last minute when we needed it for our dogs and our cat and I had to leave my other vet because they were so busy you could only text them to get a reply and then you couldn't get an appointment for over 2 weeks and I needed to get my dog in for her pain meds and they would not get back to me, so I called Family Pet and got in right away, They addressed the issue with getting my dogs pain meds filled as she's a senior dog and I couldn't be happier with the care. Thank you to both of the vets that work here and their staff they are wonderful and answer their phone unlike my other vet where you could not even get them to pick up the phone You had to text and they wouldn't get back to you!! Thank you thank you keep up the great work of caring for the animals and the people!

I took my baby there and found he had cancer. It was the most heart breaking thing for me. The Dr was so caring as well as all the staff. The day came I had to let him go and the day I did they treated my baby and myself with so much care. My pup was 14 years old and my support all that time. I miss him everyday ?. I would tell everyone this is the best place to take fur baby's. From the gals at the desk nurses and Dr there is no better place. 100%

We are SO GRATEFUL for the Doctors and Staff here! Gus fell ill, it was super scary, and we couldn’t get into his regular doc, but these guys had an opening for urgent care.
Dr Tom and Kaylee and the rest of the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us in a very sad and stressful time. Gus is back to his normal kitty self!! We are now stitching all of our pets to receive their care here! All the stars!

did not take careful care of my dog when he came in with a open wound. staff was very rude when talking to me and handling him. kept complaining about his energy that he won't sit still but he was hurt so he obviously wasn't going to sit still especially as a puppy they should have more patience and be more polite

Dr. Kalra, Dr. Varney, and team saved our cat's life. Our cat (Tawny) unexpectedly went into congestive heart failure. Their excellent care, diagnostics, kindness, and compassion saved her life. Tawny is happy and enjoying life again. I'm so very grateful to the doctors and team for making this possible (and affordable) and for their patient and gentle direction and guidance so I understood what's needed with her medications and ongoing care.

We had an emergency this am with one of our dogs our vet could not squeeze her in so I called Family Pet Medical, even though we have never been there they got us in right away, explained every thing they were doing and why they felt it was necessary, called several times to give me updates and explained labs, results and made sure I had no questions and understood everything that was going on! They were patient with stitch loved on her and was just as concerned as I was! Will definatly take all my dogs there in the future! Can’t thank them enough! With Mount you guys stitch would have not made it!

This place was top notch and the prices are amazing, i almost lost my dog, but thanks to this place and the staff my dog is well. Very thankful. recommend this place if there were more than five stars to rate them i would.

My family went here after my childhood cat was having some complications. My mom had nothing but good things to say about the staff here! They are so kind and compassionate and gave our kitty so much love before he crossed over the rainbow bridge. I haven’t personally been here but wanted to extend my thanks for being so kind to my family and our boy Sun. ☀️?

My son had been using this vet for a few years but recently switched to another vet after they were treated poorly. Little back story on pup. He is a rescue and came from a home where he was severely neglected and possibly abused. He has anxiety and only trusted my son, which took some time to do. They knew this but still wouldn't let my son in the office and then complained about how badly behaved he was. They then prescribed him an "anti-anxiety" for over a year before my son decided to stop it because it just made him a zombie. Fast forward to yesterday when I took him to a new vet for allergy issues. They noticed his anxiety right away and put us in a room so he could be more comfortable. Speaking with the doctor I found out that the so called "anti-anxiety" med that Family Pet had him on is a tranquilizer only meant for occasional use in extreme conditions like surgery! For over a year! Pup is now on a true med for his anxiety and is doing amazing.

The whole staff are caring and generous with their time. Have been there for me in many ways. I have lived in this area for 10 years they are the best. I am so glad I have them to take care of my furry babies.

I am absolutely blown away by the veterinary team here! Not only did they do everything they could to get the cost of surgery down for me, they also stayed past closing to get my girl taken care of, and back home tonight. I am so grateful. The level of humanity at this place is next to none. AMAZING!❤️

This vet staff is simply amazing. Truly made us feel like family with the compassion and respect they gave our sweet sick boy. They all went above and beyond to check in on him and care for him. We wont go anywhere else with our other pups. Our sweet boy crossed the rainbow bridge and in one of the hardest moments they really made us feel the love.

Seem to be extremely overpriced especially for rx meds. Got same from Chewy at 1/4 the cost but unfortunately needed an active prescription from this vet.

This is THE BEST veterinary/vetrinarian to which we have ever taken our animals. They are not pushy, they don't make you feel like you have done something wrong with your pet, or that you should have done anything different - which I have experienced with other vet clinics. We just made one of the HARDEST, most PAINFUL decisions regarding our "baby", our precious cat. The staff, including the doctor, were so loving and supportive of us. We will always be heartbroken over the loss of our baby. But, we know that we did what was best for her, and the doctor was very supportive.
