Drop off was fast and easy. No line. And the recall was done by the next day. I was impressed with the bottle of water sitting in my cupholder too! And the car looked like it had been washed and vacuumed. Nice job!

The work was done. It was the customer service that was terrible. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the person that checked me in. First she tried pushing me off to a coworker who was busy with another customer. He told her she can check me in. Then she wouldn't schedule me for my next service appointment even though during the maintenance I was informed I needed the work done.

Out dated sales tactics and hard sell. Trying to give me a low ball amount for my trade in. Added fees and extras that weren't necessary. Made me wait around for an hour that wasn't needed.

Bought a car back in November, I purchased the car at night time (I should’ve not ) a few weeks later I rode in the back to only notice the car was super dirty with lots of stains. I took it to a detailing shop and they told me the previous owners must’ve had dogs and smoked in the car !!!! I contacted the dealership to see if at least they could pay for the detailing or maybe clean it again since it didn’t come off the first time. The only thing they did was vacum the car!!! Worse customer service ever ! Shouldn’t be selling nasty cars
