During my brief tenure of just over a hundred days at the company, I initially perceived it as a promising environment for professional growth. Management appeared to comprehend my background and aspirations during the interview process, assuring me that I was meeting the expected benchmarks. At the 60-day mark, I proactively requested a meeting to address certain areas for improvement, both for myself and the management team. Subsequently, at the 90-day milestone, I prepared detailed notes and documentation highlighting unresolved issues from the previous meeting. Regrettably, one week later, I was unexpectedly terminated from my position. The rationale provided for my dismissal was that I was not a suitable fit for the company. However, it is noteworthy that within the 90-day period, I had achieved the distinction of being one of only a few fourway Moffitt-certified operators. I was also solo after being approved to drive three days after. It is imperative to address certain concerns regarding operational practices that I observed during my time at the company. Specifically, there were instances where paperwork was signed to enable customer billing even before the completion of daily deliveries. Additionally, the condition of the trucks raised concerns regarding compliance with DOT regulations. Furthermore, management demonstrated a lack of expertise in the trucking industry, leading to a general distrust of drivers. Simple tasks, such as checking truck lights, required waiting for management approval. Moreover, the loading of cargo onto trailers often presented safety hazards due to improper strapping techniques employed by yard laborers in the absence of drivers. It was evident that management and yard laborers resented drivers who possessed greater knowledge and expertise in these matters. On my first day, I inquired about the method used to determine truck weights. The response I received was that "our guys know what they are doing." Unfortunately, this proved to be inaccurate as I received an overweight ticket while accompanied by a trainer on my first day of driving.Despite these challenges, I endeavored to contribute positively by proposing solutions to rectify the aforementioned issues during my 90-day review. However, my suggestions were not well-received, and it became apparent that offering advice was not a prudent course of action. In conclusion, while safety is purported to be a top priority for management, it is essential to prioritize the well-being of employees and address potential safety hazards. Additionally, fostering a culture of open communication and valuing employee input would be beneficial in addressing operational inefficiencies.

I have done zero business with this company but did have an experience with one of their trucks today. Whomever you had out on Menzel Lake Rd in Granite Falls 7/30 should not be representing your company unless tailgating, reckless and aggressive behavior is the vibe you're going for. This is a shoulerless, two lane rural road not a racetrack.

I've ordered windows and a second time a sliding door. Both times were great, ordering was smooth. I had some problems with some parts missing they were very helpful and fast with getting the parts that I needed. I'm just the homeowner and the experience has been very positive with this place.

The managers are nothing but rude. I've considered working here but now that I know how their management is I'm not anymore. All they do is put their employees at risk and insult them. How about fix all the hazards and learn respect.

I want to thank you for being a considerate business and granting our neighborhood our request of reducing unnecessary noise. We are not opposed to getting work done to music, but appreciate not being woken up by it!
