It's been about two or three years since I came into your bank. I've been going to other banks. Has Julie improved in treating her customers? I felt threatened by her

UPDATE: I have joined a new bank....
Julie didnt even let me finish my sentence before rudely questioning what I wanted... not impressed!
Hopefully banner bank can uphold the great customer service I recieved when it was called skagit.

I had a long day a work,lost my debit card and had to stop a the bank and a very kind woman help me out.laurie make me feel like I was home.
