Moving to a new area, don't know anyone, trying to find a new vet for my pets. Since they are my heart I want the best, so after research I call, and I'm bluntly told without a referral from a friend or family member that is a current client, they aren't taking new clients. I'm sure they are great vet clinic, but honestly this isn't the best way to start a rapport with someone who could have been a good client.

We have taken all of our animals (over 6) to Dr. Grant and her team over the past 10 years. They are well educated in new technologies and treatments. They listen. They care.

No call back after 0830 am. Need flea medicine, nothing else. Never heard from them.

We recently took in a chocolate lab, which would have gone to a shelter otherwise. She is 4.5 years old, and her vaccinations were not up to date. She was not spayed, and she had a growth on her right hind leg. The staff at Arlington Veterinary Hospital made an exception and got her in. There were some issues that arose through the healing process, but the staff was always there for support. As new dog parents, we can not thank the staff enough for their patience, understanding, and support through this stressful ordeal. Our pup is back to her rambunctious self.

I filled out a form requesting service, and they responded saying they aren't taking new clients without recommendation. At least post is somewhere instead of wasting my time.

Love this place. Dr. Grant is the nicest and most patient person. Helped our little puppy with an injured leg and got him all fixed up. Great staff also!

We needed help. We didn't PLAN for our dog to get porcupine quills stuck in his nose... even our regular vet couldn't help, but Dr. Grant and her team took pity on our poor boy; AND they found another little problem that took care of while working on the barbs. THANK YOU so much for going ABOVE AND BEYOND.

Apparently this veterinarian only will accept new patients if they were referred by someone. I'm guessing they are so busy they don't want new clients.

This is a top notch veterinary hospital. Dog and cat, ECT. I think they have a doctor to come out and check your horse, donkey ECT. They have my trust.

Love Arlington Veterinary Hospital. The vets and techs are fabulous. I love Krystal Grant is the absolute best most caring veterinarian I have ever had. She gets booked up fast, so I have seen the other vets there. They are also really caring and have good communication. They have been my vets for multiple pets for over 10 years.

AVH is the best clinic I've ever found. The vets are compassionate, knowledgeable and experienced. The techs are skilled, well-trained and kind. The front end staff are friendly, patient and helpful. Overall, this is a top notch practice. The vets and their amazing team have cared for my horses, goats, sheep, donkeys, cats and dogs for years, and I could not be happier with their work.

Don’t use them for goats! I would really encourage these “goat” veterinarians research standard practices in goat parasitology because what they are doing is dangerous.
