Pleasantly surprised. I expected it to be dirty and sketch, but my room was very clean with plenty of towels, soaps/shampoos, etc. My only critique would be that I had to wait a bit of time for someone to come out to the office both when I arrived (about 1am) and when I left (about 9am), but not a horribly long time. That's really the only thing I can think of to complain about if I had to find a complaint.

The shower tub doesn't drain, the baseboard in the shower was being held up with medical tape that was also falling off, the counter top for the sink had holes on it and parts of rough marble exposed, the shower curtain didn't look like it's been cleaned in a while. But the lady who received me was

The room was clean had a nice shower with great pressure and hot water. I had easy access to my room. There were few people that clearly lived there big all seemed nice and didn't bother you. Another complaint was smell. The smell was not issue I didn't notice a bad or smoke smell at all. All staff I spoke with were nice and helpful.The bed was etter then most in hotels I have stayed. It was not a brick and hurt to lay on so that was nice not to hurt when got up. Even got to lay down and read.Has ice machine and on site laundry. Fridge worked well in room and didn't use coffee pot or microwaveI almost didn't stay here due to reviews but I am glad I tried it and I will stay again. This was comfortable safe convenient location for travel and food.Rooms: Clean and comfortableSafety: Everyone seems nice and location seems sound. I guess you get what you pay for. Confirmed a handicap accessible room. Didn't get one. Very dirty carpets. Broken curtain rod so curtains didn't close right. Also requested two beds. Got one queen.

I love the staff that work here. I'm a repeat customer because of how well they treat people. The rooms are updated and very clean.They also had awesome music videos playing in the lobby one time. ?

use of pine sol to heavy not sure if they clean with itor oderize the room as smell of clean very firm mattress.Noteworthy details: Construction right next door felt like we're having an earthquake in the morning the machines working.

The chap at the desk was very friendly and registering was easy. When we opened the door of our room the smell of Lysol almost made us throw-up. We left the windows and door opened for a couple of hours to try to get rid of the smell. It still smelt several hours later. The wifi was soooo slow and when watching a movie on the tiny tv the pixels made the show impossible to watch. There were 2 pillows- both very flat. The motel is close to I-5 so convenient and Denny’s is across a gravel area next door.

This place is a rip off! My dad stayed there while in between houses, while there they under went a renovation so they had him changed rooms. The "newly renovated room" was totally empty, not even a bed. My father had to have the house keeper help move in a bed, fridge and microwave and them they wanted him to still pay full price without even the offer of some kind of refund. Finally manged 100.00 dollars back. A check was wrote and it was a bad check, back we went and they finally gave the 100.00 in cash. Awful service and awful business practices! Also people who apparently worked there were trying to enter the rooms without warning, not even a knock on the door! BEWARE!

Cheap but nice motel. There is a Pilot truck stop nearby and convenience station for drinks or snacks . Not many fun things to do in the area however, nothing nearby to go do really. Other than Dennys and the Pilot and maybe a coffee stand . And the air outside stank like rotten egg farts for most of the entire day into the night. That was super gross.

This was the most disturbing place I've ever "stayed". The door wasn't secure and looked to have been broken into recently. The window shade didn't cover the window completely so passers by can see inside. Seriously outdated rooms and felt very uneasy and unsafe so we didn't stay and ended up sleeping on our friend's couch instead. I would never go here again.

Exactly what you expect for the reasonable price. AC, fridge, microwave, tv, all work fine. The motel is conveniently located off I-5, has plenty of parking, and a gas station right next door.

What a shit hole. Spend a couple extra bucks and stay anywhere else. Not worth the savings.We choked all night on old musty swamp water used in their mop bucket along with the very strong smell of bleach. We opened the window and door and it would not go away. It was so bad that when I used my CPAP machine after I got home, it blew bleach air up my nose. The swamp water used on the bathroom floor made it very very slippery. Not because it was wet but because of the residue left behind. This was an ADA room and I was already challenged to walk with sure footing. Just a gross unprofessional minimal cleaning of the room.
