My family work there for nearly 13 yrs then 3 days after his wife was cremated they fired him and gave him less than 30 days to move. Not a great place by any means of the imagination. How rude and wrong can they be. Bad business, bad management, and bad ethics. I would NOT store my stuff there if they paid me to. How ruthless can a business be to do someone that worked at both properties for so long and then do that to them. Shame on them!! ?????????????☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️

this is my recap on all of the issues that I have hadI did not know how bad it was until I had to move the stuff out1) The staff at this and other locations are the rudest people I have ever dealt with on multiple occasions2) on arrival at the gate you will notice a small dog that will bark uncontrollably at you with a lady smoking in a chair with no regard whatsoever3) The gates lock after 10pm we were about maybe 10-15 minutes after 10pm and the on site guy that is literally living there was just not a happy elderly person and was saying extremely rude and inappropriate things and jesters around my kids I’m probably also filling a police report do to this incident that my oldest son was recording

Candy has been absolutely amazing.She has been accommodating in my unfortunate circumstance. She is caring and very empathetic. Not many folks like that these days. Ed the maintenance man was very kind as well. I highly recommend this facility. It’s clean and has wonderful staff. Again, thank you Candy. You made my transition go much smoother and less stressful.

Prices jacked up with new owners. Absolutely nothing has been done to justify the cost. Barely working gate . But at least they finally fixed it. The cameras IF they work are from 1992. The doors bent and we've had to repair the track twice.

I cannot recommend Anchor Storage Arlington (now under new ownership and called Iron Guard Storage). I have rented a 10' x 30' unit for the last 6 years and although the rent price did increase periodically while it was Anchor Storage, it never jumped up in price like it recently has since being acquired by Iron Guard. Rent went up 80$ per month on my unit! NOTHING has been done to improve the facility. Gates are chincy and act like they don't want to open up all the way, turns and corners are so tight that it is extremely difficult to maneuver a moving truck or truck pulling a trailer. This is why the corners and sides of their units are all scraped up with paint from vehicles, storage units have openings in the roof line and my belongings are so covered in dirt and dust that has blown in and settled (and this storage facility is surrounded by industrial area, dirt parking lots for semi trucks and road construction so you can imagine how much dirt is flying around outside in the area). Also, and this is NASTY, so many of my belongings are covered in absolute filth from mice. Piss stains, p*** droppings, mattresses and pillows that were in bags have been chewed into and left with holes. I went to the office at 9:30a this morning (they open at 9:00a). Open sign was turned off and door was locked. 9:00a opening time was posted on their window. I went to my car and tried calling the number for Iron Guard and their automated message told me to stay on the line and someone would be right with me. It played that message over and over for 10 minutes while I waited for them to answer their phone. They never did and they also never opened up their office during that time. I had gone there this morning to give my vacate notice. Guess I will have to waste my time again tomorrow. This makes me even more anxious to terminate my business with them. I do not recommend this storage facility at all. They are greedy and don't do anything to improve their grounds and units. Maybe new ownership will bring some needed changes but so far in the last 6 months I haven't noticed anything except for new signs that say Iron Guard Storage and the biggest increase in rent price that I have ever seen at a storage unit. Also, 172nd is a traffic nightmare and getting in and out of this place can be frustrating to say the least. With the Amazon building and tons of other construction in the area, it will only get worse.

So far, I've been impressed by the security and storage options that Iron Guard offers. I've been using them for just about a year now and haven't had any problems.

They should change their name to \"Dropped our guard\" storage. My trailer was only there for a couple weeks before it was vandalized. The company will not assume liability for break ins on their supposedly secure facility. I moved my trailer out immediately. Thousands of dollars in interior damage. I can't emphasize enough that they do not care.
