I was very upset after my second visit, which I thought was just to get our kittens' rabies shot. After sending my husband to get the shots, which I told him was just to get the shots...he came home after spending another $186.00. I had just been there one month earlier to get the kittens' 1st set of shots, which I knew included an exam. I was not told that they would charge another whole exam, shots and another set of 1st shots if I came back for the rabies shots separately! Aparently they had not looked at their computer for what our service was supposed to be, or hadn't explained to me that they would still charge me for another whole exam and another set of shots. If I had known that, I would have gotten the rabies shots at the time of our first visit! I went back to talk to them about it and they just rationalized the visit/charges away! I will not go back to them. They were very arrogant and didn't seem to have their customer service at their forefront.

The female Dr., I cant remember her name, didn't greet my pup or act like she even cared about her. She took my dog to another room to draw some blood and I waited in the exam room. I heard a dog screaming bloody murder, it was really awful and lasted a while. I thought to myself that poor dog. It wasn't until I was driving home and my dog vomited quite a lot that it dawned on me that that was my sweet little dog in such distress. I've never heard her make such awful sounds. I called the vets office to confirm that, and the Dr said she had a hard time drawing blood from my elderly dog but did not apologize for her rough treatment. If I had realized that it was my dog screaming, I would have definitely gone into the other room to rescue my dog from the obvious rough treatment. I am seriously pissed off that my dog was handled so roughly. She's 17 years old, only weighs 8 lbs. and she is usually very sweet. I will never use this vet again. There is no excuse for their lack of patience or compassion.

I used to think All Creatures was the best place to bring all my pets, for whatever they needed. Every concern was taken seriously and taken care of quickly. You probably know where this is going... I would not recommend this place to my enemies. I feel so sad and sorry for all the neglected pet needs that are not gettong the care they so desperately need. My appointment was made several months ago for today... my concern, that my pet needed addressed became a serious issue, and will be for the rest of her life now. I am not complaining about a one time issue with all creatures... this just ended up being my last bit of my patience for All Creatures in Arlington, wa. I, and I'm sure many others, would love to see the care and affection for all our pets health to come back the way it was, or even better, a few years ago; or to have another vet clinic open up so we can avoid the catastrophic neglect happening so sadly by All Creatures. How is this fair to our furry friends to go untreated and undiagnosed or even the simple things like vaccinations to be done on time. I regret not taking my pet somewhere else even if it meant traveling to find the care that vets are supposed to have. Terrible vets equal angry pet owners. All Creatures, I hope you rectify your negligence soon. You have lost many customers and will lose more...not that you care enough to give any of us any thought.

Never answer the phones and they've taken the Covid restrictions a little too far! Found a better vet in Lake Stevens anyways where they treat you and your pet with respect! Definitely would not recommend they make it too hard to have your pet treated!!

Not recommended. They don't seem to care for you or your pet. After driving 60mi r/t and waiting in my car for them, they cancelled 2 appts. The one time I did get in for a vaccine, which wasn't the one I wanted, I did not get questions answered nor the worm med I wanted and had to make another trip. Agree with other reviews, they don't care about you or your pet.

The vets are good. The staff is dismissive and disrespectful. Cannot in good conscious recommend this Veterinary service. However, if you enjoy being treated disrespectfully, not being called for cancellations in advance, and rescheduled a month or more later, this is the veterinary service for you. I feel sorry for Tim C. having a staff that so poorly reflects on his business.

~have done business with them for years! Lately they have been outside of integrity in their pricing as I purchase the same allergy medication every month from them. Part of the medication is an injection shot which I'm very familiar with for 20 years at least. Just got one from them last month and it worked fine. Today the one they gave me exploded in my face, got into my eyes, all over the dog as well. Called them immediately as I had just purchased it within 30 minutes of this occurring. The office manager - Jan, refused to do anything to make the situation right- actually accused me of trying to scam a free shot! I have spent thousands with them over the years, this was a measly $127 medication...

Sr Tim and his whole staff are truly amazing! Caring, empathic, knowledgable and patient. Our girl Maui (1.5yr old English Mastiff) had to have ACL repair. Dr Tim did a TPLO and it went great. I highly recommend All Creatures. Hard to find A vet like these anymore.

This has to be the Worst Veterinarian clinic around. They Don't give a Rats A** about your pets. They seem to busy and have too much money to care about your pets that they have No problem if you go somewhere else. FYI, ho somewhere else and save yourself the trouble of actually thinking that this company cares about your pets. We thought theres no way these people would ever treat cash paying customers with family pets like this but this company did, so save yourself the trouble and find another Vet... Just a legitimate FYI 2 pets of ours that needed their services and they didn't have time for and basically told us to go to Hell...

Waited 2 months to get my dogs teeth cleaned... Informed them my dog will be distressed upon arrival... Oh! They say we are so used to animals that are stressed.. Our technicians are professionals.. We muzzled our dog as responsible owners.. They were clearly untrained for taking care of animals that needed sedation prior to the appointment..Too scared to administer a shot on a muzzled dog.. Waste of time.. The kicker also for 170.00 additional dollars on top of the 350.00 teeth cleaning.. You are offered blood work.. I can not promote this place due to incompetent untrained staff that tell you they can do something and demonstrate the opposite. It is embarrassing.. Don't waste your time.

I would highly recommend All Creatures Veterinary Service. In all the years I've been a pet parent, I've never witnessed a more caring and knowledgeable vet and staff. Extra shout-out to Dr Cavenaugh! He's the best! I just can't say enough about him. I'm so thankful to know my beloved Elsie is well taken care of here. THANK YOU!

Very kind staff and so caring. Recently we had to put our family dog of 16 years down, and the staff were so kind in our mourning. They sent us a yellow flower plant, which made my day. Whether they did this just for us or always do this, I just can't get over the thought behind it. Thankful for their kindness during this heartbreaking time.

I really enjoy using veterinary service. Tim Kavanaugh is a great vet and I would recommend him highly. I also like Jackie and would also recommend her to anyone who needs their pet looked at.
