I'm not happy at all. I brought my cat in for a couple of issues.
The main one was that I would like an x-ray done of his neck. He was a feral. He was attacked by a raccoon and had a huge puncture wound in his throat.
Was pretty deep. He has been coughing something up but won't let it out , he swallows it before it exits his mouth. Issues have become really bad happening more often than not. He has a hard time swallowing his food sometimes. All his canine teeth are busted off.
We talked about shots. I gave vet papers I had from previous shots he has had. The vet made copies of those papers. The vet told me that my cat had not had an FVRCP vaccine.
Yes, he has. shows on his paperwork vet copied.
I told the vet he has.
That was the end of the conversation on shots.
She said she was taking my cat to have X-ray done and would be right back if it was an issue. She might have to put him under, I said, okay.
The vet came back with my cat and said she got the x-ray. She talked about a small infection in his lungs. I asked about X-ray on his throat, and she said no because she was not able to have his neck stretched out to do X-ray. She gave a prescription for antibiotics. I asked if there was a liquid form of antibiotic that we could give to him. She said no. Plus, I never saw the x-ray
I'm on crutches, so when the visit was over, I had my girlfriend go up and pay the bill with my credit card. When I got home, I was pissed. She gave my cat 2 vaccine shots ! I would want her to give my cat the shot when I'm with my cat in the same room. Plus, I have my permission on the shots. She was only going to do X-ray when she took him in back. And I never got the x-ray I wanted done .
First time seeing this vet. When she came into the room, she never introduced herself. I had to ask her what her name was?
Dr. Victoria
I will be contacting or most likely dropping by the clinic and talking to them about this issue.
Oh yes, bill $431.57
Plus charged for 2 x-rays ?
Not on the throat area I asked to be done.
Visit
Worm vaccine
2 shots not cleared with me
2 xrays
Meds that he can not take, horse pills for him with throat issues. I did smash pill and put in syringe with water but did not dissolve very well, not working.
What I got out of this visit for my cat
Was crap !

What awesome staff and Dr. Cavenagh is one of kind. My girl Penny blew out her knee 2 years ago and he did an amazing job on the surgery plus all the follow up. Last year she got really sick. Turns out she has Addisons disease. The staff was ? on top of it. I was able to get her diagnosed and medication in just a couple days. This year she blew out her other knee, which is heartbreaking but because of the staff and Dr. Cavenaugh she is recovering well. The compassionate care of the staff and Dr. I will continue to recommend them. No over selling of products or services. They genuinely care for the animals. Cannot recommend them enough! I’d also like to mention, as someone who is conscious of price, they were on the lower end of 3 bids I received for the TPLO surgery. I do not have insurance on my pet. ( although I would recommend it)

All Critters got us an appointment on the same day I called. I was a nervous wreck after my kitten was sick all weekend. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Dr.Victoria is so wonderful! She came up with the best treatment plan and didn’t push to do any extra testing we didn’t need yet. I would highly recommend All Critters to everyone I know! We will continue to go there forever for our pets. Thank you!

My family and I have used All Creatures for decades. They’ve always taken great care for our dogs and kitties, and are super friendly and helpful. I’ll never take my babies anywhere else.

Today was my first time taking my dog to All Creatures. I used to use another vet in Lynnwood but left after my last experience. My dog had managed to dislocate her knee and even though she was walking on it and knew she was still in pain. They got me in within a few days, got my dog the meds she needed, updated her shots, and trimmed her nails. She also told me that dislocations are common in my dogs breed.(Jack-Chi) Very affordable and they seem to really care about the pets and owners. Bonus is they see exotics so I'll be bringing in my bearded dragons too.

All Creatures has been consistently amazing in terms of their professionalism, customer service, price, and overall client care for both my cat and dog. I used to go to VCA, but wow are they expensive! All Creatures has been a fraction of the price. I have had no issues getting reimbursed by my pet insurance (PetsBest). Jan (sorry if I spell your name wrong!) is patient and kind on the phone when I call, even when I have many questions. Dr. Victoria has been easy to work with and displays knowledge and care for my pets. I appreciate I get calls even after hours with test results so I have them in a timely fashion. Sometimes they run behind, so I buffer a little more time, but it's worth it and they are a smaller clinic in my opinion. Plus, they tend to emergencies as they come up. I never feel like my time is rushed when they are behind though. They've also just been extremely kind. They gave me a bag of prescription cat food my cat was on for free when someone returned theirs because their cat didn't like it. It was mostly full! And when it was time to put my cat to sleep a few weeks ago, they let us stay past closing to be with her and sent a plant and a card to our home. I appreciate that Dr. Victoria took the time to have quality of life conversations and euthanasia conversations with us so we could make the best decision for our cat and knew when it was her time as much as anyone can. Thank you, All Creatures! I've been particular about finding a vet in the past and I'm so grateful to have found you all!

I have been taking my dog there since she was a year old and she is now almost 10 years old. Everyone is incredibly friendly and understanding. I trust them with my dog completely. I like the messaging part in the app because I hate talking on the phone.

So I took a day off of work so my wife could take my cat in and you guys decided to not take our schedule seriously and hung up on my wife. Now my cat still has a limp and made my wife cry after you guys decided to make the appointment and not grant it. It was a waste of time for everybody. Thanks a lot.

I had an appointment today at 12:15 for my cat that is limping. My husband took the day off to watch our two kids while I drove my cat over 40 minutes to be seen, just for them to tell me I was nowhere on the schedule but I was welcome to wait an unknown amount of time for the vet to do a surgery and see 3 other animals before they can get to me. Absolutely crazy. I left and went out to my car to call them and see what happened and the girl that answered the phone says "I apologize there's nothing we can do about that" and then hung up on me. Absolutely disgusted with the time wasted with this establishment! DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO POSSIBLY WASTE YOUR TIME!
