We have used Advanced Care Animal Clinic since 2016. Our 2 dogs are always treated well. We have never had a problem with this clinic.

Appointment ran right on time. The Vet and the nurse were extremely nice and majorly helpful. They handled my cat with care and made sure that I knew the prices of everything before doing anything. They also made sure to explain everything out to me and that I understood the meaning about everything.

I couldn’t be more happy switching my dog to this clinic. They actually care about your pet and will not run unnecessary test just to make money. I will never take my pet anywhere else.

I took my dog here almost two years ago now, and he was diagnosed with vestibular disease, it's like a drunk dog and he walked in circles the vet said it was time to put him down as he read his computer seeming to learn about the disease, I decided I would take him home for one last day together, when home I researched his disease and found a group on Facebook with people who had dogs with the same disease, they said it would not last long a few days and the dog would be ok .. so I decided to wait and see, that was two years ago and my dog is still alive... We never went back he was better in 3 days!

Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. I have a rescue chihuahua, and even though he is a bit of a jerk, they still treat him great, and for some reason, love him. I can't tell you how much I appreciate how good they are with him (even though he tries to bite their faces off).

Took my cat in after noticing some blood on her toys. My cat was diagnosed with stomatitis and prescribed an antibiotic. After a follow up appointment I was told to stop the antibiotics because they didn't clear the infection. We discussed the different options and the possibility of trying an off label use of a medication. I was told that dental work could be avoided since there is no plaque build up on my pet's teeth and it wouldn't make much of a difference anyway. I had to call back myself since nobody ever reached out to me about her treatment plan. Talked to multiple different vets that my pet wasn't seen by and received lots of conflicting information. They tried to put her back onto the antibiotics that they had told me didn't work the first time. One vet said it was to prepare her for the dental work I was previously told she did not need. So after two blood tests, a stool test and a failed round of antibiotics I received a call today saying my only options are to do the dental work or to just wait and see if my cat's infection gets worse. I will not be returning here as it seems they are either very unorganized or just don't prioritize patient care as it has been almost three months and the only solution they are offering me now is the most expensive option that was previously "not necessary."

After my experience of taking an animal, there to be put down. being forced to sit way past the time in which they said that I could come in for the appointment. There stonewalling of me being able to be with my pet while dying. their lack of professional while forming a procedure. Please for the love of God take your pet anywhere else.

The staff are always so kind and caring to both “my girls” and myself. I know my pets are receiving excellent care and treatment. The follow up by the doctor is always timely and appreciated.
