Advanced Care Animal Clinic is a great clinic to take your pets!! All of the doctors and staff are wonderful! Everyone handles my pets with care and genuinely listens to my concerns. Definitely recommend!

I was charged two separate transactions at my visit. Nail trim and ear cleaning. The next day I get a call from a very rude woman who said "I'm calling because you left without paying for your dogs visit". She was very snippy and rude with her tone. It turns out the clerk did not do her job and did not include some things on the invoice. I did not appreciate the way she worded things. Acting like I skipped out on the bill, when what really happened was incompetent staff. What upset me the most was I had gotten a standard quote for $60 and the bill was $160! Huge difference. I have been coming here for three years. Won't be going back. Also, every single time i visit they have totally new staff. If they talk to their clients like dirt, I'm sure they do the same for their staff.

OVERPRICED & INCOMPETENT‼ ~ my family started taking one of our dogs here a couple years back for allergy issues. During that time they had been good in administering her allergy injection as well as some follow-up daily medication. A few months back, another one of our dogs had a major issue with cystine crystals in his urinary track. My wife call them & asked them specifically if this was something they could help with.. they assured her that this was something they could absolutely resolve & to go ahead and bring him in. $900 later they were able to resolve absolutely NOTHING! Thank God a veterinary clinic in Bellingham was able to help him. Thought I would give them another chance, so I took our first dog back to get her allergy shot & medication today. To my surprise, they wanted to charge me % more for the same services I had purchased just months ago. $400 for an allergy injection & some medication- NO THANKS‼

Great service in a pinch!! My girl was in need of antibiotics and they got her in the next day despite local vets being incredibly busy and booking weeks out. Our regular vet didn't even attempt to get us in since we hadn't been in within the past year. Guess it looks like we'll be switching vets!

This place has always cared for our pets! For many years, we brought our cat and dog for their routine check ups. Customer service is excellent and they treat our pets with so much love. We now have another pet, so while look elsewhere when i know my pet will be taken care of with lots of puppy love.

Advanced Care Animal Clinic has been a godsend for us! Our rescue dog is fear reactive. And vet visits have not always gone well for us. They have been so great to work with both for his medical care as well as cooperative veterinary care training with Sarah. We have been on hold for in person training or appts that I am allowed to attend due to the pandemic, but I know he is in safe hands when I have to drop him off for care without me. Cannot say good enough things!

They have been wonderful with all of our dogs and cat. so gentle and kind and caring. We have been going there for about 10 years. And wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you so for taking such good care of our fur babies.

There isn’t enough room to type out my gratitude of how Dr. Blair has cared for both of my dogs and myself. For 12 years she has gone far well above and beyond to provide us with top of the line care anywhere from a routine visit to life saving care. My dog is my entire life and she treats him as her own. I trust her 100% with any & all decisions she has ever made for us. Having her as our Vet is like winning the lottery. Love, Jill, Tysen & Jack (RIP)

At first they were great! Very quick and efficient! Then it was like no communication at the front desk. They would ask is this a good number to call you back, usually it was my husbands they had so I’d give mine. They never called mine always my husband who was at work. Pup has a broken arm. So we were doing cast/splint changes weekly. We paid for 2 X-rays during the process. Well the dr decided to take the splint off and put a soft bandage on based off of “another pups heal

we just rescued a young puppy. we've never had a dog!/puppy. This office was so friendly and helpful. my puppy saw Dr. Blair. she was so kind and informative.
