my Granddaughter had shellac on her own nails, the lady doing them never filed her nails or cleaned them, she had a couple nails that had chocolate from candy she ate before we got there and there was still chocolate when we left. I had to tell the girl doing mine several times she was shaping them wrong. for $75 we should have had beautiful nails. last time I go there! I also posted on their Google page. They overcharged me and I'm so disappointed in their dishonesty, I over heard them straight up telling a first time customer they couldn't put a design on regular polish that it had to be shellac, I've seen it done many many times. That's how they swindle people, how sad!

Horrible experience. They try to rush and not care what your nails look like. If I critique the nails or ask for something to be fixed while it’s getting done, the nail tech should listen to me and see what I don’t like because I’m the one who has to wear the nails. I spoke to the nail tech and I don’t know if there was a language barrier or if she just didn’t care but she seemed upset when I told her they weren’t the same shape and they didn’t match each other. I just moved here to oak harbor and broke a nail, so this place was on top of the list. I went in thinking that it was going to be busy but surprisingly it wasn't. I got my nails done by Tony and he just gave me a fill from my previous nail lady but he did an amazing job at keeping my nail thin and long. I would definitely go again!

I see why this place gets bad reviews. The service is horrible and especially customers of color. The guy that started my nails was acting odd, could not understand him and I could tell in how he was doing my nails something was wrong. So I asked are you ok? He said he was tired. Nope he wasn't going to do my nails and I changed techs. 30 mins Later the owner comes in and sprays the chair with Lysol and again where I i was sitting. And started coughing. I asked his wife what was going on. She starts talking about Coronavirus. They should be shut down! For being racist and using scare tactics. Just stupid. If you're not desperate find another nail salon.

Honestly, I wish I could say positive things about this place. I came here to get my nails done for a wedding and I couldn't have been more disappointed! The wait time was ok but the quality of the nail was awful. I think one of the women who did my nails was new or untrained. When I asked for white tip acrylics she first didn't know what I was talking about and then after she found the tips, I asked her to do a square/round tip. To my disgust it was round like a grandma type nail. It was hideous. The owner eventually came over and did repair it for me but it was disappointing. What made matters worse was the fact that my nails began peeling back 2 days after I got them done. The full set and pedicure cost me 65$. For the quality of nail job I received, it was definitely a FAIL! If you're on the island, I'm sorry for your luck. If you can go inland or to Seattle, do so. Your money will go further for better quality.
