I drove up from Portland and was stranded in Anacortes with a blown ignition coil. I made the rounds of shops but only Wespaul's would take a look at the car and assess the situation rather than just turn me away. To my astonishment and great relief I was back on the road and on my way by the end of the day. I am very appreciative of Jim at Wespaul's for his courtesy, patience and willingness to help out when no one else would. I highly recommend Wespaul's for their customer service, automotive expertise, high quality workmanship and reasonable cost.

We have been taking our cars/SUVs to Wespaul for many years now. They are hands down the best mechanics I have ever experienced. They are honest and give honest estimates - never upselling. They have always finished the work on time. They stay busy because of their long time good reputation. They also gave a good friend an inspection for a truck he was looking to buy. They found some things that were dicey so my friend decided not to buy the truck.They have worked on a Ford Ranger I used to have and both my Toyota 4Runners, a previous Nissan Maxima, and a Kia Optima we have now - new brakes, tune ups, timing chains, etc.

Honest, straight forward service every time! And almost always 25-50% cheaper than the dealer. My '05 Tacoma had 265000 miles on it. I've gotten my services done at WesPaul's for at least 100000 of that. Must be doing something right.

Wes Paul's is the place to take your car or work truck vehicles. They are great mechanics and honest! Jim goes out of his way to take care of you and your car. We have used them for almost 3 decades. Great place.

I called Wespaul Auto on 11/5/2020 when I needed a used car inspection on short notice of a 2017 Ford Transit van from Frontier Ford that I was looking at. I'd no prior relationship with them. They said "you can bring it in right now" which I did, two minutes later my phone rang and they said come have a look. The Transit was a RUSTED OUT MESS from 3 years of abuse in the Canada oil fields. They saved my bacon! When I pulled out my wallet to pay they said "just put $20 in their 'lunch envelope'" . They have a new customer for life. :-)

These guys have always shook me an honest deal and even came way under anticipated cost on my last repair. I would not hesitate to bring them a vehicle for repair and diagnostic work. As we all know a trusted local mechanic is a very valuable asset. Thanks WESPAUL'S

I have been informed my review is out of date, and will be deleted soon. That would be relevant if management had apologized for the substandard b******* I paid top dollar for, and taken the requisite steps to assure my experience was not duplicated, however, no apology was made, no refund, just business as usual that apparently is substandard.
