1. **Poor Organization and Stocking**: Upon entering the store, it was immediately evident that there were significant issues with organization and stocking. Many shelves were either completely empty or poorly restocked, making it difficult to find the items I needed. It felt like a scavenger hunt just to locate basic household essentials. This lack of attention to stocking not only wasted my time but also left a negative impression of the store's management.
2. **Inadequate Staffing and Checkout Experience**: One of the most frustrating aspects of my visit was the checkout experience. Despite the store being moderately busy, there were only two cashiers available, leading to long lines and extended wait times. It was baffling to see so few staff members manning the registers during peak hours. To make matters worse, the self-checkout machines were either out of service or malfunctioning, further exacerbating the problem.
3. **Unhelpful and Disinterested Staff**: Throughout my visit, I attempted to seek assistance from several staff members, but I was met with indifference and disinterest. It seemed as though they were more preoccupied with their own tasks than assisting customers. When I finally managed to grab the attention of a staff member, their responses were curt and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
4. **Hygiene and Cleanliness Concerns**: In addition to the lack of organization and poor staffing, I also noticed several hygiene and cleanliness issues throughout the store. The floors appeared dirty and unkempt, with visible debris and spills in various aisles. Furthermore, I observed expired products still being displayed on shelves, which raised serious concerns about the store's commitment to maintaining sanitary conditions and ensuring the quality of its merchandise.
5. Overall Disappointment and Decision to Shop Elsewhere: My experience at Walgreens was thoroughly disappointing

Dropped in for some cleaning supplies. They had almost nothing. We are well past shortages, so corp must just be neglecting us customers. Not worth taking the chance to stop for anything anymore. Penalty period, 18 months. Not worth it if they won't even try.

I found the pharmacy staff to be rude and uncaring. I believe that they lied to me about contacting my insurance company. When I contacted my insurance company the following day, I was told that they had not called and that the help desk was closed when they claimed to have called and spoken to someone. There is a reason why they have a 2.7 star rating on yelp. The are horrible.

I went in to pickup (1) photo that I had ordered online. The cashier at the front had a line so I waited at the photo counter. When no one came, I could see my photo package sitting in the box. So I went around to pick it up and then out of nowhere this female employee comes up and starts telling me "you can't go behind the counter, because of privacy issues!" Not once but she continues to tell me, I should have waited in the front line for the cashier to call for someone! Mind you my name was on my package and was sitting right in front for not only me but anyone else to see! Privacy?!?! She continues on and on and I finally I say I just want to pay for my pic for $1.79. PRIVACY?!?! Okay perhaps you should hide the pics in the back. There are boxes with customers names in all those containers for everyone to see. Keep someone at the desk to help customers or provide a bell so someone can come. Finding an employee is near impossible and yes, I realize everyone is short staffed.

The pharmacist named Jonny, who used to work here, is amazing. He always takes care of you, makes you feel heard, and is exceptionally good looking. Five stars just for him.

I get orders from here all the time. Great workers, great deals all the time. The pull up option is great if I don’t feel like going in. Was sad to see the low review online, so wanted to say I Love this wallgreens!

There is an abandoned motorhome in the Walgreens parking lot. It has been there for approximately six months. The store management/leadership will not do anything about it. The excuses range from "its too costly to tow" to "it's not hurting anyone." I have personally seen drug paraphernalia, adult material, and trash scattered around it. As of this morning, there is trash/alcohol bottles stuffed in the various openings. It needs to be removed. It sets the example that the City of Anacortes is open to vagrancy.

I have used this Walgreens for years. I appreciate that it generally clean and well organized. Staff are nice, and I've had good experiences with the pharmacy center.
