I used to rate this place a 5 because they were always so accommodating. That being said they have reduced service such as how often you can use the food pantry.

I went in today to get help with my water bill...the requirements are...IDs for every adult in the home...its just my 8 yr old son and I...and I told her that...then she was like does your son have ID??? I was like yea he does...so she proceeded to say I need your bank info...and income...I don't have either just EBT...then she was like well we need a letter from them (which can take weeks to receiv)...by then I'm just like why do u need all this info...and getting mad...because u can tell she was so gladly not to help us...

I went to go drop off food at the food bank but I did not realize it was Presidents' Day on the 21st but I just wanted to make sure that the food you know that I'm not eating could be used to get used to someone I took all the expired food out though because I didn't feel comfortable giving expired food
