I recently had an infected tooth and of course it was over memorial day weekend, so nothing was open for three days and by the time I can see a dentist on Tuesday I was in incredible pain and hardly Had slept at all and was just miserable. I saw dentist and he changed his diagnosis so I wanted to see another dentist because he wanted to pull my tooth I told him I needed to think about it and he left me with a prescription for an antibiotic. The second dentist said something completely different and gave me a stronger antibiotic. I had already dropped off the first prescription at Rite Aid and brought the second prescription in and the pharmacist questioned me like I was some sort of scammer and didn’t believe a word I said. I told them I had a ferry to catch and this was the first time I asked for a quick fill after sitting there for 25 minutes. The pharmacist came out and said who is the dentist that wrote you this prescription and I said I don’t know it was from and I told her the dentist office. She said she called them and they couldn’t tell her who the dentist was that saw me which blew me away so I went out to my car got my phone and called them and they immediately told me who it was. the pharmacist was reluctant to talk to them and I said they’re on the phone right here. Can you please talk to them so I can get this prescription? I’m going to miss my ferry so she took my phone and went back and proceeded to talk to them for 10 minutes on the phone, wanting to know every single thing about this dentist ! It’s obviously, she thought that I wasn’t being honest for some reason over an antibiotic! She then brought out my phone and handed it to me and said OK I’ve got it squared away and I said well take your time now because I’ve missed my ferry and she just said OK like it’s no big deal not sorry about that or anything. This is my normal pharmacy, but the first time I have seen this female pharmacist and I am very disappointed and angry at the outcome of that whole situation. You’re supposed to help customers and she was questioning me why I had two antibiotic prescriptions! why don’t you mind your own business and do your job , I have them for obvious reasons! I was prescribed them by professionals!! Unbelievable

Surprisingly dirty floors for a pharmacy. Very visible clumps of hair, dust, and trash in the corners especially.

One of the older pharmacists clearly hates people. I don't think somebody like that should be handling other people's medication. She was shockingly rude on multiple occasions.

I just want to say that the staff at Rite Aid has always been good. I have been going there for over 9 years and yes I've seen lots of turnover in the staff and staffing/ supply shortages for sure. But having owned a retail store before I can only imagine how hard it must be now. The girls at the register always smile and do what they can to help out in a tough situation! Kudos to all of them!! I only wish the people writing the bad reviews knew the whole story /and or have lived here in A-town long enough to see them go through tough transitions like Covid and supply chain shortages , staffing issues, etc.!Keep up the good work Rite Aid proud to say, " You guys rock!"

Visited Rite Aid for my vaccines and although I had to wait an extra 30 minutes past my appointment time, the experience was still pleasant. The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, putting me at ease. Highly recommend for your healthcare needs.

It sucked really bad for a long time!! It sure seems like it's been getting a little bit better every day. They are getting more employees training and the pharmacy has slowed down too.

The employee was nice, but I just spent ten minutes waiting for one person to check out and she was still going. I just left the stuff on the counter. Please take care of customers. The lady was up there just talking nonsense about the transaction, just talking in circles while I waited there.Edit: there's no baking soda either lol. The employee sent me to two isles, there was no baking soda, I came back to check out and was stuck for ten minutes before I have up and left. #@@@!?#!

I had to drive 45 minutes to Anacortes from Oak Harbor because the Oak Harbor Pharmacist refused to fill my prescription. The Anacortes pharmacy staff was not only helpful in filling the meds for me quickly, but they were very kind and compassionate.
