Excellent service. Excellent products. We had a high end system put in and they gave us great advice, a prompt appointment, and fair prices. You can't just go to Best Buy or Costco and be this satisfied.

During a major remodel of our home somehow we overlooked the structured wiring above the new fireplace for the television and associated pieces. The contractor call Horizon and a trained tech was at our home within 1 hour! Amazing. I also had network cameras installed by Horizon at a commercial structure on North Whidbey which the techs handled with ease despite the complexity of the work. There are a lot of junk consumer products on the market and one can trust Horizon to represent the best higher-end electronics.

I was rushing home from work to be able to drop off a TV for repair before they closed. I called via my Bluetooth from my vehicle and the employee who answered the phone did not understand my question due to a bad connection. He subsequently proceeded to mock me, and when I asked if this is how he treats his customers, in a condensending tone explained how I needed to speak more slowly and clearly. It was really quite unbelievable. I don't know how they get any business if this is how they treat their customers. I had a quite pleasant conversation with Casey earlier in the week. The employee I got on the phone today should not in any way deal with customers. They will not get my business.

No pressure, knowledgeable staff. Quality gear in a range of price categories, all in a cozy, small town feeling store, as apposed to overwhelming giant box stores. Customer support after the sale is quality as well.
