I cannot say enough about how good my experience was at Frontier Ford. Everyone was extremely nice and worked hard to get me a deal that worked for everyone. My salesman, Ryan Burton, was very knowledgeable and was responsive when I reached out. Lance, the sales manager, was fantastic and helped me out working the deal. Jeremy in finance was a fellow mustang guy and was helpful.
This was one of the best experiences that I've had buying a car.

We were able to get the warranty work done & help through Ford. They also would drop off my vehicle to me closer to home. Very convenient & helpful!

Had to tell the finance guy no 14 times because I didn't want an extended warranty. Wanted to walk out because he was so rude. Was also told several things that were not true about the truck. Was told they completed an oil change on the rig before they put it up for sale. (NOT TRUE) The truck was empty and was told they would at least get it to a half tank. They put $45 dollars in, of diesel, and when I got home, truck was on empty again. Over $200 to fill the tank the next morning. They don't tell you about it until you look at the print out of the sale. But they add $400 because they install a safety brake light system. Supposed to flash to help alert other drives. I paid it, mine doesn't even work. Contacted them via phone 3 times, left 2 voicemails, contact via email 2 times. I got a text back, the text stated they would make the brake thing correct and didn't address anything else. I live an hour away from this car lot. So it would be at least 4 hours out of my day to get something installed or fixed after 10 days of buying this truck. Brought my truck to a local dealership and they found several thousand dollars of warranty work. I bought as is but why wouldn't the service department fix these items? All covered by the warranty....besides that, I do enjoy the truck and I did get a fair trade in value. But being rude and in the end getting lied too didn't feel great.

I received a recall notice on my F-150 FX4, so I contacted Frontier Ford. They came to my home in Oak Harbor to pick up my truck, serviced it, and returned it to me at my home a couple of hours later. It couldn't have been easier or more convenient for me.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would! I took my (now) Ford Cargo Van to them because my sister worked for them at the time (she in fact gave them more than 24 years of service in their office). I asked the service department to do a buyers inspection and they left me and the seller in there office for over 4 hours and I really don't think that they inspected the van, at all. Certainly, it never left the lot which meant that it wasn't test driven, despite my request that they do that. That said, they didn't charge me, but that's not the point. This business is unprofessional. Both in the manner of business, and especially, in how they treat their employees. I won't go into details, but my sister no longer works for this business, thank goodness. I will never go to this Ford location again.

Frontier was fantastic, I was on vacation when I had a issue over the weekend. Went to Frontier, The service manager Ted met me when I entered. I explained the noise in the front end and he went for a short test drive. I left it with him and the service shuttle dropped me off at the hotel. He called that afternoon to tell me the front Diff had failed and they had ordered the parts. They repaired it very fast in 3 days.
I can't speak enough about Ted's effort. He was very friendly and kept me in the loop. I'd give my experience a 5 star rating.

If you are looking for a place to purchase a car or truck, new or used, Frontier Ford is the place! Working with Lance and Ryan was a pleasure. I never felt any pressure. They helped us to find what fit our needs. We have bought both a car and truck from them, even my friend purchased her last car there. I highly recommend Frontier Ford!

Found truck online stopped by unannounced and ready to fit. Was ready for the usual go around and spin. Such as let me show you this other vehicle or what can we do to get your business today. What’s stopping you from making a deal today ? Absolutely no pressure no “sales” Ryan explained everything I wanted to know as well as Lance. Both fantastic guys. When I had the information I wanted and was ready to leave again no pressure to make a deal. Told them I’d call them the following day which I did and said I would. I told them I would look at another over the weekend and get back to them. No problem no pressure again. No frantic phone calls or texts or emails trying to force things. Fantastic experience all th way around. Very happy dealing with the professionals at Frontier ford. When the time comes, will come back fire sure.

I dislike spending all day in a car dealership. However, the guys here at Frontier Ford are very quick and helpful. This is our second vehicle purchase here, and right at home

Meet with a guy named Jason good guy very trustworthy and truthful. Got a nice deal for a good reliable car. This is probably the best car dealership for Whidbey islands and Anacortes.
