We paid for our room, then visited our cousins staying in another room. Did not enter our room till evening time. We noticed mold on the back of the door. Hair was all over the bathroom walls, floor. I am concerned for my wife's health as she has several auto immune diseases. I informed the management they seem apologetic at the time. They notify the owner who offers a 10% discount..which would be 11$ off a room I was charged a summer rate on. I let them know that was not a satisfactory result an now I am contesting the charges with my bank, reporting them to the health department an the BBB hopefully they do better..do not recommend ??

Our first room hadn't been cleaned well, as there were skid marks in the toilet still; only one coffee pack and everything else missing for a cup of coffee, which was so old it tasted like the paper the coffee was in. Bedspread so old I was concerned it hadn't been cleaned too, so I didn't linger on it.My socks got black walking on the floor, and the smell of the room gave us a major headache.After we aired our omplaints, they put us in Room 117 insteadRm 117 shower faucet needs replacement. The freezer icebox is full of ice buildup, so the door doesn't close all the way.A dog a couple doors down, spent the night barking and howling from the driver's car whose window was rolled down. You would have thought management would have done something about that.

A pretty good room but could have a little more attention to cleaning. Staff was nice and friendly, has food option nearby.

It was clean inexpensive and friendly and the bonus was they had big truck parking. AND there is a restaurant in the same parking lot. And a Cafe shack. It was over alla good

It is a nice little hotel but it will go down hill fast if they don't clean up and maintain both the outside and the inside of the hotel. The carpet in the hallway was worn out in many places. The pool was ok but he whirlpool wasn't in use and full of dirt. I don't know if all the beds had mixed matching bedding but this room did. The comforter was too small the blanket was too big. I thought the beds were okay. For a room for 4 people they only had towels for 2 people.Other than better ground care it was okay

This inn was completely disgusting. The carpet is was stained and rotting away in the halls, it smells of mold, the fire sprinklers were hanging out of the ceilings and rusted. We received a room that the bed was unmade and I’m assuming uncleaned. There was sticky matter running down the trash cans in the walls as well as holes in the walls. The staff was apologetic, and agreed that it was disgusting, and not up to par to even be running. Requested a refund and for weeks have still had no refund as well as the manager was untrained and unprofessional to deal with the sort of situation’s and hung up on me.Rooms: Trashed.Safety: Safety features not properly installed

I love this hotel. I have been staying here for over 15 years. The rooms have improved over time. Always very clean, beding fresh, towels clean. Room suite has a big fridge, coffee k-machine, sink, separate bedroom.The owners treat you like family. I love meeting all the people who stay here from different countries.I will be visiting again soon.

This hotel is so unbelievably incredibly nice! The staff is amazing, very clean rooms. I will for sure be returning. The beds are extremely comfy, A/C works perfectly fine, pool is very clean and extremely warm, and very tasty snacks from the vending machine. The staff is very attentive, generous, and very welcoming. 10/10.

I'm not usually one to write reviews. But I felt I needed to express my concerns. Don't judge a book by it's cover, and unfortunately in this case, for the worst. Upon arrival late at night and not being able to find any other vacant hotels, we found the Inn, which to us looked very quaint and cute on the outside. We have two large dogs, so it took a while to find a room that could accommodate us, which we totally understood, however, with how long we waited, and having the person at the front desk, personally go and check for the cleanliness of the room, while we waited, we would have at least hoped we would have entered a clean room. Wrong. After we already emptied our whole car and entered our room, we noticed the bathroom sink was covered in gunk, the soap was used and disgusting, empty wrappers everywhere. The shower soap had been clearly used as well and was full of body hair... We had no towels, not even one to dry our hands, except, of course, for the one dirty hand towel left on the shelf in the bathroom. Wrappers all over the floor and none of the garbages from the previous guests were emptied. Knowing how the rest of the room looked, even though the beds looked clean and made, we felt too uncomfortable to sleep inside the beds. Thankfully we happened to have sleeping bags with us. Obviously this situation could have been a lot worse, however, we still felt gross. When checking out the next morning, we went to go express our concern to the front desk, and the lady working the desk, had nothing but immediate attitude. she acted as if she was preparing for our visit for check out. And could not wait to fight back with us. She just assumed we were going to ask for our money back, but we never once brought it up. Gaslighting us into thinking that WE were the problem. How does that make sense?? And that we had the opportunity to change room if we liked, even though the night previous, they had told us that there were no other clean rooms available. However, we shouldn't have had to change a room at all. The condition of the room should not have been in the way that it was, especially after being personally checked by the front desk night manager. On top of that, what guarantee did we have that the other room was going to be any better than what we already had. The room should have been cleaned in the first place, and the customer service was appalling. All we were doing was expressing the uncleanliness in their hotel, in order to help them make it better for future guests , but instead, we got attitude and hatred. They could not own up to their mistakes, and instead made it to be our problem for not excepting it the way that it was. I know it doesn't make a difference, but we will not be returning.

The service we received was great. Very friendly and caring. The rooms on the other hand were terrible. The first room we were given was a pet room. However, we didn't have any pets. It smelled strongly of cat urine. We asked for another room and they gladly put us in a room on the second floor where pets were not allowed. That one smell like dog urine. The hall ways smelled like someone was cooking another countries food all night and into the morning. The towels were stained so the looked dirty. I think if they would change the air filters in the air conditioners that would totally help. For the price we paid, it was a miserable night. If you have a pet maybe you wouldn't notice. It is sort of like a person that smokes. You can't smell it, but everyone else can. The place needs an up date really bad. The carpets in the hallways had wear marks all over.

This room was a last minute need and the room I was given I was told was not pet friendly. However when we got into the room after 11pm there was a lot of animal fur on the pillows and the smell of pee on the floor when I sat in the chair at the desk. When I talked to the front desk when checking out they told me they'd look into it and call me back. When I called back (because they never did) I was told they found nothing and the best they could do was refund 25 of the $150 rate. I told the woman that is a drag but it is what it is and she told me that she didn't have to do anything and that 25 is the best she will do which came across pretty rude. The man that got me checked in was very nice but the room I was in was gross and I absolutely wouldn't stay there again.

This place is dirty and gross. Recently renovated is a lie. Every where the carpet is gross, it has never been cleaned, looks like people threw up on it. Fridge was dirty, bedspreads looked like they had never been washed. This was a totally mess.
