My second visit here, first visit was good, staff was friendly. I'm gonna have to agree with the previous reviews regarding not being open during posted hours. Why waste your customers time?

Called ahead of time to see if they could change the oil in my type of car. The woman on the phone said she needed to ask the technician which confirmed they could do it. I drove there and they said they could not do my type of car because he doesn't have the right filter and he doesn't have the right tool to open the hood (which you don't need one.) Totally unprofessional and uneducated way of conducting business.

I'm going to start with staff is great. What I didn't like is the oil spilled on my motor. Maybe a funnel would help... Or at least wipe it up so someone doesn't have to smell it burn off. A little pride in your work goes a long way

I work standard weekday business hours, so I rely on weekend accessibility. Three times now over the past few months I have attempted to go here during posted open Saturday hours to find that they were closed. They need to change their posted hours or figure out how to be open.

We had our oiled changed on our truck and we have had nothing but problems ever since! All the oil leaked out and our warning lights we flashing. They told us they had a bad batch of oil filters and changed it and filled oil again. 2 days later we had the same thing happen. They told us we had ANOTHER BAD FILTER installed! After going to another place and having everything fixed, we are now surely never returning! Two times we have had trips interrupted and lots of stress trying to fix the issue.Service: Oil change
