First time I have used CompuMatter for help with my Apple iPad and a Spam issue. I'm a senior so I did not grow up with this technology. After making an appointment, I was helped by employee Auren Frost and cannot over state her ability to plainly explain, demonstrate, make suggestions, and show incredible patience. She is respectful, (not talking down to you) professional, and very knowledgeable.
