First time I have used CompuMatter for help with my Apple iPad and a Spam issue. I'm a senior so I did not grow up with this technology. After making an appointment, I was helped by employee Auren Frost and cannot over state her ability to plainly explain, demonstrate, make suggestions, and show incredible patience. She is respectful, (not talking down to you) professional, and very knowledgeable. It is easy to recommend CompuMatter and specifically her, as I will most likely return in the future for any additional help I need. The time and money was so well worth it!

If I could leave 10 stars, I would! Not only were my laptop issues resolved (and there were several!), but Douglas found a few issues he could address for me, too. All for a great price and fast turnaround. I can't recommend CompuMatter enough!

Lets hear it for a local, trustworthy business. Yesterday I spilled H2O onto the keyboard of my laptop. One half hour later, Douglas, at CompuMatter, who I'd never met, nor done business with, and who could not have been more professional, had welcomed me, opened the computer to start the drying process, addressed my security concerns by handing me the hard drive, and sent me on my way. Now, 24 hours later, I have my fully functioning laptop back in hand, and am typing this review on it right now. How could that have gone better? Much gratitude. We are fortunate to have this business in our town.

Auren, was friendly, efficient and solved ALL of our computer, printer, fax, scanner, problems. She also removed the continuous McAfee advertisements! She accessed our laptop to print, and scan from upstairs. Very reasonable price for over an hour! We highly recommend CompuMatter in Anacortes, WA! :)

Wonderful service! They saved me $600 by fixing a screen on a laptop that fell and cracked! Amazing work, efficient, speedy, helpful, and kind! Even gave me extra advise on how to transfer my stickers from one shell to the new one! Would recommend folks definitely go in there first before giving up hope, any and every day! :)

CompuMatter MATTERS IN MY LIFE. I have been fortunate enough to be a client of CompuMatter since the inception of their quality business. Their customer service is excellent. My husband purchased a refurbished computer from then years ago and has never had an issued. If you have ANY computer issues, please, be kind to yourself and go and see CompuMatter!!!!

took my windows 10 computer to CompuMatter after I made a few changes to my computer attempting to make it operate faster. Black screen after bootup, They were very polite and professional.Brought it back to good operation. Installed updates etc.Charged me exactly what the said they would one hour time,A Happy customer! I spent 7 hours over 2 days on the phone with Comcast and Apple trying to resolve an issue with email on my iPad. No success. Auren at CompuMatter fixed it in 1/2 hour! Fast, affordable, successful service!

I am a "senior' who recently bought a MacBook Air and Cannon printer. I am rather illiterate where computers are concerned. Auren set everything up for me and was extremely patient answering my questions and walking me through the features of the computer. I find that all the people at Compumatter are great to work with and very customer oriented. I will definitely use them again.Verny.
