Where is their customer service??? They don't respond to emails, phone calls and its hard to get any kind of service needed - cancel reservation, change reservation, see if a night can be added, special requests as they are not a hotel that provides accessible rooms so you have to ask for ground floor with easy access to room and they don't respond to let you know if they can accommodate or not. People are rude and unfriendly there as if they don't want to be bothered yet they are working at the front desk (customer service). Manager is no better unfortunately. Its a cute decent hotel just horrible service. When you plan to go over a holiday and u need communication, its nerve wracking not being able to get any responses to know whether or not you need to look elsewhere despite really wanting to stay there but need ground floor with easy access.. :(

My family and I almost had a wonderful stay at Anacortes Inn. The updated rooms were clean and we had a good amount of space.
We went to bed for the night and all was well. Then the music next door started (after 10pm and went till at least 3 a.m.).) Soon we heard noises of adults doing things that young kids maybe shouldn't know about started to happen. These sounds and moans went on and on. Let's just say they had a lot of energy, and my 12 year old couldn't stop laughing. And definitely couldn't sleep. It isn't like we could go bang on the door and tell them to knock it off. Good for them, but we never got any sleep. Needless to say, the walls are very, very thin. The place looks cool, but we won't be returning to it.

Remodeled, everything is new and look micj better than a 2 star hotel. However, I could not sleep as could easily hear people upstairs walking or dragging stuff. It is an old building with not much noise isolation. Also, there were issues with the room lock

Awesome little motel. Rooms were very clean and spacious, beds very comfy, and all the floors and appliances seemed virtually brand new. It's also a short walk downtown and also a short drive to the San Juan ferry. Rooms are equipped with smart TVs for casting or streaming, but did not seem to include cable (who cares though lol)
This place felt family-owned or personally run (in a good way). Anacortes is a beautiful town to visit and the Inn will be our new home base each time.

I've stayed through many hotels across this great country and Anacortes inn was one of them. For its great location but that was until my long stayed reservation got canceled. The manager of the hotel decided to cancel all long stay hotel reservations without any notice to its costumers and that was including myself. That is just poor business practices and low service quality. I recommend for you to look for some where else for a long stay.
If you stay here your taking a risk of your long term reservation getting canceled without notice and you find out until is to late.

Clean, quiet, reasonably priced, comfortable bed, plenty of towels,
excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water, fridge and microwave, coffeemaker and ceramic cups, friendly staff. I had originally gone to the motel directly across the street, but the front desk woman was surly and unfriendly and unwilling to let me see the room (their reviews mentioned problems with cigarette odors in some rooms) so I said "Nope," and tried Anacortes Inn. I'm glad I did. I'll be staying there again next week. Highly recommend.

I love the new Anacortes Inn. The check in process was great and the price was reasonable. The rooms look great and have a great vibe. It feels like every detail was carefully thought out and my stay reflected that. We had a great nights sleep. I also suggest The Brown Latern pub for great beer, food and service. For Thai food check out Naung Mai Thai Kitchen. Anacortes is a small great town.
