Came in yesterday to grab a couple of things and snacks and whoever the store leader is in the afternoon was rude to not only me but the people ahead of me at the counter. The rest of the crew there have always been welcoming and nice, store leader does not deserve to have his/her position. You would think as a leader, he/she would set a good example of good customer service. It doesn't even feel like other crews there wants to work with him/her, and also didn't seem like he/she is enjoying her job.

I do not know the guys name but he has glasses and was working the night shift last night. By far the most helpful and nicest guy I have come across in a long time. Not just as a professional but as a human being. Give him a raise it was 09/24 around 9.30pm
