Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to pivot and make some last minute adjustments to the original shipment but everyone at Craters & Freighters were so kind and helpful making the transition very easy for us. “I'm giving four stars for the guy that went above and beyond to print the large format photos I came in for. He had some trouble with the printer, but he didn't give up and worked the problem until he got them printed. The second print had a minor ink mishap and he printed it four times trying to get it right. Ended up charging me half for the trouble (which wasn't necessary at all, but I appreciated it). The next time I came in (just two days later) for another print, a couple of young guys are working, and one of them informed me that "The printer doesn't work, someone uninstalled the drivers." I told them it worked two days ago when I was there, he just shrugged. This new generation of workers seems to be doing everything they can to be replaced by robots as soon as possible. I learned how to install drivers when I was around seven years old. He seemed happy to turn away a paying customer rather than dedicate any effort to trying to get the printer working. So one star off the location for the discrepancy in customer service. First guy was awesome, second guy seemed content with being totally useless.”

“I went to FedEX in Kent Station, although I was planning to go to a different one who had helped me with weird problems in the past. I didn't catch the women's names. one was a pleasant women with brown greying hair, a nice smile. I had had this horrible problem returning my Sketcher to Amazon. I never had problems with returns. But I had 7 or 8 copies of approvals that supposedly had return label on them . Except the space was blank. After calling Amazon directly I finally got a label. When I downloaded it to my drive. I took off for FedEX. Seems that I can't email this label. I could email everything else in my drive. The very kind woman worked with me for at least 20 minutes. She said maybe she could "direct" something. She was having trouble when this younger (of course) woman stepped in. Took her a while to get it done. And voila! I was done! It was sneakers from Great Britain that had at least eight pages of shipping label! These two saved my life! You can imagine an little old lady trying to fix this. And I don't have the money to just keep them. Thank you. Thank you!Joyce”

“I had scheduled a delivery and they couldn't make it. They scheduled the next day with me, without giving me any feedback on the window of time - then were late for that window. I am giving them a break bc it is the holidays and I am sure the volume of deliveries can be difficult to predict. The drivers were very nice and delived my appliance with care. They even waited patiently while I inspected the merchandise. I liked the drivers and appreciated that my expensive appliance was delivered intact.”

“My husband & I used UPS store #5245 in Federal Way, WA and had the truly best service ever! We were there multiple times over 2 days shipping large/unique items over the country; our drop-offs were not simple. AJ & Nick were wonderfully courteous, expert in their preparation/packaging plans and execution. We even got quite friendly over the 2 days, a pleasant surprise! We stopped by later to show them my brother's custom-painted van. They LOVED it! They even followed up with an email later checking on our package deliveries. “Paul has great customer service skills he is a jolly fellow. The space could be tight to get in. The parking is limited for larger rig best bet would be on the street at the shipper and receiving rear side of the builing. Please note it's a $$ 250 fine for parking in Auburn street, night time it's fine cause the parking enforcement are sleeping. There's a truck stop near by 6 miles south on 167 which charges 25/day for parking, there's also a fuel stop at hwy 18 (76 fuel stop) ; only fuel no parking. Plenty of food nearby walking distance 1 mile and a small local casino, banks, Lowe's etc..”

Don't go to what looks like the front of the building if you're picking up from will call or of you have a pallet to ship.Don't take hwy 18 ever.Take exit 149 from I5.Go to the Southside of the huge building. Pull up to the gates and guard shack, have your paper work and ID to pick up or ship. Friendly helpful people, easy in and out.”
