Great place to stay, for more than just overnight. Fully furnished rooms with fridge, stove, oven, micro wave, dishes, separate bedrooms, great TV's in the living room and bedrooms. Not a cheap hotel, but you get at lot more than a normal hotel. This place has more of a "condo rental" feel, than renting a room for the night. People are cool, service is great, and overall an outstanding place to stay.

I don't understand how a person books and pays for a 2-star class hotel but leaves a review comparing it to a 4-star hotel. Yes, our suite was a bit dated, but this is what I expected. However, it was clean, stocked well, and everything worked. The location was perfect for what we needed. The staff were very friendly. The super fancy coffee machine in the lobby was amazing. The nice lady at the front desk let me know how to access the lobby through the laundry room before hours so I could get some coffee. I would choose to stay at this place again.

I would give it four stars if the bed wasn’t so hard. Great kitchenette with full fridge & oven, awesome living room with leather sofas and arm chair, nice finish, coffee machine. Great for family’s home away from home especially with the seperate bedroom or two bedroom option. But darn that bed is so hard we wouldn’t come back. Stayed under Mattson reservation and happy to change our review if something was done about the bed.Rooms: Great room! Hard bed ?Nearby activities: Walmart and the airport are around the corner amongst other stores. It’s a business area but there lots to do in the town center including the blue zoo and the water front park and indoor carousel must seeFood & drinks: Lots of places to eat. We especially liked eating at the d’Bali Asian Restaurants it was so authentic and great service

I've been here 2 days so far and I love it! I just need my garbage emptied, but that's my only complaint. Clean quiet and comfortable rooms!

Great location. Good price. Room looked nice when you walk in but then you start to notice that everything is looking a bit shabby. Bathroom needs painting, kitchen looks like an after thought as the stove was a foot off center to the over the range microwave.Noise transfer is terrible. Don't expect a good night's sleep is the neighbours are noisy. Beds are very comfortable though.

Terrible service and experience. Had major problems during my stay and the staff seemed happy to ignore it. It first started with their wifi which did not work for me in my room for the entire stay. I told the staff after my first night and they said they had gotten reports of problems with it but it wasn't going to be looked at over the weekend. I told them that I needed it for the remote work that I needed to do but they were uninterested. So I had to rely on my phone's hotspot to get me through the trip. If I didn't have that I would have gotten a refund and left right there. The next big incident was that I had a crazy neighbor in the next suite that among other things, woke me up around 2an and continued to scream at someone for a good half hour. The sound insulation in the building was awful and it was enough to easily wake me up even though the neighbor shared a wall on the opposite side of the suite from where I slept. I called the business's emergency number and the woman who answered dismissively said there's nothing she could do and to call the police. I was dumbfounded that a hotel manager would be so lazy and useless at their job. At a minimum they either should have called their unruly guest and asked them to observe quiet hours and respect their neighbors before escalating it themselves to the police. Not once did they even apologize for the inconvenience.The service alone was going to get this place a 1 star but the room itself was unpleasant as well. The heating system is decentralized, noisy, and is annoying to control and no instructions or guidance are given. The kitchen was not very welcoming and easy to use, in large part to the cabinets and countertops not matching. For example, there is a lower cabinet half way into the sink that gets in the way of your head when doing dishes. The lights in the main space were also dim and harsh at the same time. There's a profoundly dumb and ugly mix of warm and daylight light fixtures that give the place a terrible feeling. The living and dining area layout doesn't make much sense and the TV points at a blank spot in the wall and not where anyone would sit. The sink also wasn't even clean when I arrived.The place seems to have a staff that doesn't care about its guests and their indifference is matched only by the inattention to detail of the people that design the rooms and manage the place. Find another place to stay in the area and save yourself the trouble.
