Customer service sucks, they are supposed know equipment, had no idea what an international harvester was then asked for the color of vehicle? How in the world does that help? Guy at the phone knows nothing about basic equipment and really chose the wrong job to work in, where do you guys even find people like this? I would give zero stars review but this is the lowest it goes.

If it is farm related parts or repairs, this is your store. The employees are knowledgeable and really know a lot about farm equipment. No frills here. Just goos honest farm know how!

Costumer service is lacking hugely! I stood at the counter waiting for help and not one person acknowledged me or asked if they could help me. The office people saw me but none of them bothered to come out and see if the could help. They continued their personal conversation all the while I stood there waiting for help.

Good people who are always helpful and knowledgable. Somethings are priced higher than you will find online but they most often have what you need in stock. Otherwise it is usually a day out from Portland. I have also had times when their price was lower than online providers.
