It was just a phone call to ask some very simple questions. Whoever I talked to was VERY VERY VERY rude. In that short conversation, I determined that they would NOT get my business, ever. Another shop answered my questions politely and professional. That other shop got my business. A little professionalism and compassion goes a long way.

So he gave us a quote over the phone for a rebuild. Got us in the door. After paying for a tow to them, 24 hours later, they don't do rebuilds,just reman, and my quote is 1600 more! I opt to have it taken somewhere else so they ever so politely parked it unlocked next to a busy street outside of his actual business lot....in Airway Heights where everything is getting stolen and broken into. UNLOCKED! ALL 4 DOORS! Who does that!?!? We pulled by after hours to take pictures and make sure it's still whole tomorrow( bad experience elsewhere) and discovered it all unlocked. His quiet and polite demeanor went out the door when he realized he wasn't getting 5 grand from us and hung up pretty quick. Luckily A&L will be picking it up tomorrow and sticks by their quote to rebuild. It's also parked incorrectly so that's awesome.Service: Transmission replacement

First time I tried calling this place about doing differential work and he cut me off in the middle of my sentence to tell ME that I already asked about it even though that's impossible because my car just broke down yesterday, then hung up on me. Completely rude and immature, obviously doesn't care about you, and is senile.

We had some issues with the supplier of the transmission but they worked it out and got my 2000 Honda Accord back on the for a major road trip to the east coast. My daughter and my ex wife made it to Virginia with no issues. Thank God!!
