“Due to poor communication on both ends, my wife and I received an invoice for nearly double our quote. At first it was very alarming and frustrating, but Frank and Rob were very kind and were willing to work with us to come to an agreement. It’s a fine line to walk between running a business and being a compassionate human being, but these people did a great job walking that line.
Additionally, they did a great job installing the hitch on the back of our car. It feels very sturdy and looks professional.”
“Used Allied (Coleman affiliate in Spokane) for a full service pack and interstate move of our 4 bedroom home. All the packing, loading, delivery crews, including the driver, were great. Very careful and respectful of our items and the property, including disassembly and reassembly where needed. All boxes and items were carefully itemized and accounted for, from load through delivery. There was only a couple very minor damaged or scratched items, no move of our size will go perfect. Overall I was very pleased with the service. I reduced one star for the tonnage estimate being higher than the actual and for less than expected communication from our Coleman move coordinator. Often times our coordinator was AWOL and another associate gave us updates. Also, our driver gave an update to the coordinator with a revised van pickup and delivery date (one day later than expected), which was not passed on to me. I only found out when the driver contacted me directly with the revised date, and I had to scramble to secure another night hotel stay in a different hotel (our hotel was booked and could not accommodate another night's stay). Overall though, I was pleased with the move experience and would definitely use Allied again.”
