Worst bank to do business with. They take forever to update your account. Their bank app is useless as well. My boyfriend has a payroll check that he deposits every two weeks and this bank does not process it like other banks. He gets charged over draft fees because they can process the deposits the same day before 2pm and also cause his bills to be late because of this.

I really dislike First Interstate Bank. INB was a much better bank. FIB nickels and dimes us for everything. It takes days to update your checking account. You log in online and the only thing ever updated is the monthly fee they charge you. This morning I called into the call center with a question about a fee. In the end I was told that basically your money that you work hard to earn really isn't yours. Terrible customer service and very poor attitude towards the customers. Money hungry corporate America. FIB isn't in our budget. $13.00 a month just to have our checking account adds up to $156.00 a year. Not to mention ATM fees and any other fee they can have there computers automatically generate. I should mention we stopped by a FIB ATM and it didn't work. It's happened a few times. They force you to go to non FIB ATMs. Then they charge a large fee. We closed our savings account and our checking account isn't far behind. We're waiting for a bill to clear and then we'll be done with FIB. Numerica is our new home for all our financial services.

Ever since they switched to first interstate service has been terrible. I sat an hour on hold to change my address and didn't even talk to a person in the end. Can't reach the local people in the office yountil get a automated line. Absolute trash service will never bank with you again.
