I left Century Link when their service went down.. Ixfinity is more expensive, has the worst customer service- even worse than none because you go through a lengthy process to get to NONE! There has to be something better on the Harbor. I have had them for a year now and am looking for NEXT OPTION!And you see they made a caring comment on this review- Yes, I got an email and responded--- it's been several daylight hours and overnight with no response. I am guessing it was another autobot response. Horrific Customer Service!

Never had such awful customer service on the phone then I do with Xfinity today not only did they insult to my wife they're not helping with getting a new phone after they sent her to the store to get the phone

It was ok for a while, then my bill went from $170 to $198 in 2 months! I thought my promotion was over, but I had 7 months left. Apparently, it was 2 years, not one.So, I'm stuck with an early deactivated charge of $35 on top of my cancelation, which will be prorated because I'm past the pay period.I have 2 fire sticks that a friend gave me as a gift for doing some work on her house.$120 a month includes 2 phones and internet services FROM T-MOBILE!I stream everything on Fire TV now.

Customer service is a -5. This place is always awful. Unless your buying something don’t waste your time. The dude told me. They don’t get anything for upgrades or current customer satisfaction. They are there to make sells to new customers. That is all! Avoid if you can! Unfortunately it’s the only store in 100miles. Grrrrrrr

Worst experience so far in Aberdeen has been here at xfinity. Store assistant manager Falicia and employee Jessi left me feeling taken advantage of. I was told incorrect information, which I knew was incorrect because I just got off the phone with customer service. They denied that they use 3rd parties to sell there products. They actually told me that I didn't pay for a piece of equipment I came in with, (that was mailed to me after I purchased from one of there partners, Marvelous Communion, that they connected me to on a phone call with xfinity...) I had to show her my bank receipt. They took the equipment and said she accidentally processed it as a return and would not give it back to me. Nothing they could do... This was resolved 5 minutes after via phone call to customer service. Still very annoying. Bad business

Just simply the worst customer service experience ever & this was to add service. I can't imagine the treatment if I have dispute something. Nerdy skinny girl with stringy brown hair & glasses had an attitude problem & really shouldn't be working in customer service!!! Yes I said it!

I really appreciate the help that the salesman Shelby Hopkins gave me when I had a problem setting up my internet connection. My internet skills are weak (to put it mildly). I was struggling with the connection and went to the store. Shelby really saved the day for me with his expertise. Thank you Shelby. I sincerely appreciate your help sir !!!! I hope the Xfinity company realizes how valuable you are to them with your excellent customer service. Thank you again sir !

This was the first time being in the new store front since they moved from the W Wishkah address. Store front is much larger and welcoming. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall the experience was very good, just a glitch in cell porting and explanation of billing. But as said, the overall experience in the new store was very good.

Went to get set up for a land line. Was set up within minutes. Came back to talk about cell planes and attempted to switch but our phones had to wait 24 hours so we will be returning to complete that process. Will end up saving $100 from our vzw bill with the same cell towers, and a better plan.I forget her name, but the lady who helped us was super helpful. Way better than trying to use the automated chat option online.
