2+ hours to get my phone transfered over from TMobile. Passed around to 3 people. No one seems to know anything. Held hostage by my phone being offline. Waited 10 minutes for a DM from tech support before calling anyone...never again. Go literally anywhere else.

Some construction worker cut thrpugh my mothers cable line and their automated system wont connect me it keeps hanging up i cant help my 71 year old mother with her internet they have no customer service whatsoever

This place is a joke. First they charged me 120 on my bill after 5 months of paying 89. Then I return the Wi-Fi box and that person said I didn’t owe them anything for the Wi-Fi. Then the lady today tells me you don’t have a phone with us. Mind you I know I do and I know I owe money on it. But if they want to pay it after 7 years be my guest.

I am no longer able to pay my bill there in cash. They are trying to make the store cashless. I used to be able to pay my bill in the store. Now they want me to go to walmart to pay my bill. I hate walmart and don't want to have to go in there for any reason if I don't have to. Fix your machines or lose customers bottom line.

I had high speed internet from these guys for 3 years. It was quite expensive but never really had any problems apart from the occasional slow down or outage. Anytime I went into the store I was always helped quickly. I had no problems with this company, the service overall was good.

Six people were working. One was helping someone. I was waiting for a modem/router I ordered online. I was told the other people working were not able to help me, so I continued to wait for about 40min with one person in front of me... I should have paid the $15 for shipping. The store was clean.

I left Century Link when their service went down.. Ixfinity is more expensive, has the worst customer service- even worse than none because you go through a lengthy process to get to NONE! There has to be something better on the Harbor. I have had them for a year now and am looking for NEXT OPTION!And you see they made a caring comment on this review- Yes, I got an email and responded--- it's been several daylight hours and overnight with no response. I am guessing it was another autobot response. Horrific Customer Service!

Never had such awful customer service on the phone then I do with Xfinity today not only did they insult to my wife they're not helping with getting a new phone after they sent her to the store to get the phone

It was ok for a while, then my bill went from $170 to $198 in 2 months! I thought my promotion was over, but I had 7 months left. Apparently, it was 2 years, not one.So, I'm stuck with an early deactivated charge of $35 on top of my cancelation, which will be prorated because I'm past the pay period.I have 2 fire sticks that a friend gave me as a gift for doing some work on her house.$120 a month includes 2 phones and internet services FROM T-MOBILE!I stream everything on Fire TV now.

Customer service is a -5. This place is always awful. Unless your buying something don’t waste your time. The dude told me. They don’t get anything for upgrades or current customer satisfaction. They are there to make sells to new customers. That is all! Avoid if you can! Unfortunately it’s the only store in 100miles. Grrrrrrr
